Wonderfully Efficient

Quiet and efficient

Amazing

I bought the combo washer and dryer 3 weeks ago. Truly amazing and cleans the clothes good but is amazing at cleaning white clothes and taking off stains.

Great washer but broke after 15 months

love the washer, it has a great capacity, tons of features, and cleans well. quiet. however it died after 15 months - no longer pumps water out of the washer. repair people ordered new parts but they are out of stock....

horrible smell

Not this same one but I have one I purchased 3-4 years ago that smells horribly!! I clean it regularly and leave the door open but it has always had an odor. Otherwise it washes great and this is why it gets 3 stars! I had a whirlpool front loader before this one and never had an odor so this is not a case of not being able to take care of it.

Terrible machine

Previously I had same washer and dryer but older model. Replaced last spring. Day one it shook so bad and moved whenever spinning. No matter how small or large a load and no matter what I was washing. Repair said nothing wrong. You need to use bedding cycle and can't do small or large loads. Machine must be more than 30% full and less than 70% full. Even when I do as they said, it still shakes so bad and washer moves across floor. Service is terrible. You open ticket. They contact you couple days later. Appt is week later and you must be available all day. They come and do not fix issue. Now same process again. Sad but won't buy Samsung agin
