I was a little skeptical about this air conditioner since I never heard of the brand. But it works amazing!!!!

I purchased one about a month ago, and so far zero complaints. Not too loud, blows plenty of cold air and easy to use

Super easy to install, great price for the size btu. Cools extremely well. Really like the extra insulation panel on the sides. Very quiet even when fan is on high speed. Fantastic buy ! ! !

I purchased the 12,000 BTU version of this product to replace an electronically malfunctioning U-Shaped unit prior to the mold recall on that particular model. When I went to inspect my remaining U-Shape unit for mold (which it was covered in) I thought I should check this model as well. It turns out this model has black mold on the fan wheel as well as the styrofoam insulation. Currently trying to get through to the company for a return as this is now another one of their models with a mold issue and it causing health problems for my family.
