So easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air condition is wonderful. I got a little help to install it the way my house is, but it works great. It’s so easy to use and not real loud. I love how you can just control it from an app which makes it so much easier and nicer. I am thinking about replacing the two in my kids room so this brand once I am able to.

Super ice cold.

It’s extremely quiet and super lightweight. It’s easy to clean and the vent moves easily to dust it. The app is easy to use to control it away from home! We love it!!!

Great compact AC

Just purchased this AC. Nice compact size for a 12,000 BTU AC. Reasonably priced.. Cooled my room approximately 900 + sq feet total. Quiet and Love all the features. Easy to install. I'm 67 years old and installed this myself in less than 30 minutes. Great AC so far.

sounds like a hurricane!!!

sounds like a hurricane and then shuts off when it gets to the right temperature. My old window air conditioner would still run the fan when it got down to the temperature selected. So you wouldn't notice much in noise but this one is either a tornado in your ear or completely silent when it shuts off. I can't believe how much money I wasted on this peice of junk!
