I love being able to to adjust the temperature from my phone or just by telling Alexa and the timer and sleep mode are very convenient. It cools down the room fast and keeps it super comfortable. Setup was straightforward and didn't take long, having an extra set of hands definitely helps since its heavy. Overall love this sturdy, powerful, smart ac!

I am am to put it on a setting where it goes off and then on so it is not constantly on which is very convenient for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the design is clean and simple, pretty typical looking window air conditioner. No sharp corners for curtains or shades to catch on, so that is appreciated. The installation was very easy, however, be aware someone or better yet, at least 2 people should install this in the window because it is very heavy. As far as performance, wow, it is powerful! The room temperature was 75, and decreased to 68, in about half hour (the size of the room will affect this as well). Much quicker than central air or portable air conditioners. This A/C also has smart technology built in, for example, it will remember the last settings and keep them when you turn it on again. Downloading the matching app was easy and adding the device was as simple as scanning the QR code. So one can use their phone or the remote to change the settings or turning it on/off. The filter is located in the front, easily accessible and can be washed! I highly recommend this air conditioner for its power and durability.

I love that I can control this unit with an app which is very user friendly. The unit is quiet, even when first starting up…I enjoy white noise. I obviously comment on longevity, but I do expect this to last quite a while. Highly recommend!!

I’m very picky when it comes to buying things online. By far this the one. I have returned so many AC unit back to Walmart due to it not being able to cool off my 350qft BR. This the best so far. Run and grab one. You won’t regret it ❤️

I bought this a few weeks ago. The dimensions for the window were good. I thought it would be smaller cooling capacity than we needed but it’s just fine. The eco features are nicez

Works well but came with no instructions (box was previously opened) I bought it online and the shipping was definitely rough on the packaging too. It also had a broken ground on the plug but it doesn’t seem to affect it

This was so easy to install. I’m embarrassed that I even attempted to ask a handyman to install this for me. This came with a regular plug, although I believe the floor model I saw at Sam’s Club had a different type of plug.

bought to cool our 14x14 bedroom in mobile home, but it actually has cooled the whole 14x63ft trailer . works with Amazon's Alexa. definitely recommend

It's pretty loud for being advertised as quiet, started rattling after just a week. My old GE 12,000 btu air conditioner just seemed to cool alot better.
