The wifi remote control works perfectly. Easy install and setup. However, not as powerful as expected, very limited directional vents --it really only blows straight forward regardless of the vent direction, maybe poor design. After 4 weeks, the unit seems to be malfunctioning. It stops running. The unit appears to be on, but it doesn't run, just stops. I have to shut it off then turn it on again, it's as if it goes to sleep and has to be wakened up. My office is 350 sf, this unit is not adequate.

Bought this last year. Loved how it cooled the apartment, not just my room. But we had a bad brown out which blew out a few things and I thought my relatively new unit was dead as now I have hot air coming out. Quick hustle off to local BJ's for a new unit. Get it home ( no easy task alone at 67 w/no car) get it up my 5 flights, plug bad boy in and again w/the hot air.. My roomie explained a Brown Out and try it again later. Happy to say I now have 2 of these and this apartment is super comfortable. a brown out, who knew LOL

Chicago summer heat is no joke especially when you live on the 3rd floor! It was easy to install and had no issues connecting online with the app and with Alexa. Love that I can control the AC when I'm not home! My apartment can get really hot even when it's cool outside, so I like the automatic feature to keep it at a steady 75-78 degrees when I'm not home. Of course I do set it at 70 when I'm getting home so I can step in a cool home! I don't have to worry about my pup when she's at home thanks to this.

The air conditioner appears to be very good not as quiet as I thought it would be but don't know it's really very good and puts out a lot of cold air we've only had it a couple of days but it took a long time to have it delivered I don't think that Sam's club is the delivery company All in all it's well worth the money compared to everything else

Overall this is a great air conditioner. I only gave it 4-stars because of the difficulty using the tactile switches on the front of the unit. That said, the remote does everything and I can live with remote control only. Cools nicely. No big surge in noise when it ‘kicks in’ like some AC units. Great price for the size and features.

I love this air conditioner, I bought two one for my home and the other for my restaurant and so far have been working better than my LG old unit. Works very well it's quiet blow's very cold I use it in a travel trailer it's more efficient than my roof a/c until save me big time on my electric bill so I'll use my roof a/c unit for a back up nice to know I have a two units just in case one goes out.

It was easy to install and cools the intended area perfectly. The remote is a great addition.

We needed to cool a large area and this air conditioner is doing the job! It has helped on the toughest days this summer. I would recommend this air conditioner if you are in need of one.

Works well but came with no instructions (box was previously opened) I bought it online and the shipping was definitely rough on the packaging too. It also had a broken ground on the plug but it doesn’t seem to affect it
