Great looking but broke after 5 months of use

Just used for camping. probably used about 7 times. Frigidaire doesn't support the warranty and Sams wouldn't do anything. please stay away

Had it less than 2 weeks and it's stopped working. ATTEMPTED to get customer service from the manufacturer. So far no response at all.

17 months person is died

Short life personal use only lasted 17 months. didn't make very much ice with it. maybe ran it once every two weeks. I would like to think it should last longer than 17 months but the compressor went out and now no ice

Motor failure after 8 months - waste of 100 bucks

Bought it in December 2023. Dead already. Worked great until 8/21. Something in motor decided to fail. They just don't make things worth a flip anymore. Highly disappointed.

Very noisy, only makes a small amount of ice at a time. difficult to clean completely, and the ice melts while its in the basket. I went back to using ice trays

This thing is hard to clean and gets moldy very easily. We loved it but I just threw it away after about a year because I caught a glimpse of an area you can’t clean and it was covered in mold. Unsanitary

Great if it lasts a year

This unit is great BUT Im on my 3rd one. It lasts up to One year. The problem is at some point, it reads ice full when empty, maybe 6 hours later it could start making ice. Eventually it just doesnt make ice period.

freezes up

After a year of suppling ice it starts freezing up, I have to unplug and restart everyday. Good thing I got the extended insurance I’m going to look for better one I hope.

Loved It Until It Stopped Working

I am on my second Frigidaire ice maker in less than a year, and it just quit too. As much as I loved it and used it, their inability to last even a year has led me to give up on this brand of ice maker.
