Received this item Friday night and set it up Saturday morning. It stopped working Saturday night.

This ice maker quit the first time we used it. We will be taking it back

Love this for our home and to provide ice for a small group of people!

First one did not work. Returning the second with the same issue.

Ice makes quickly but does not hold in the machine.

Works well. However the ice melts quickly.

I've had this for 11 months. The last month and a half, it's started getting an orange film and black specks in the water. I've scrubbed every surface I can reach. I've also tried running the cleaning cycle multiple times using vinegar, bleach solution, and finally a chemical sanitizer/descaler labeled for use in ice machines. It goes no more than a couple of days before the black specks return, and not more than a week before the orange film returns. There is no place left for me to clean that I can access. This last weekend, it started leaking water all over the counter and onto the floor. I'm going to try to get something done before the warranty runs out, but I don't feel like it should be this difficult to get it clean, and it's too soon for it to start breaking down mechanically. The first 9 months, I'd have given this four stars and recommended it to anyone. Now, i don't know that I would recommend it at all. We'll see how they handle repairs.

Just ok just don’t use fed ex. They totally destroyed the first one and had the balls to leave it!!!
