Decided to stop working

This product was the answer to our ice needs, but after only 7 months it has decided to stop dropping cubes. Therefore, it's now useless. It works when it wants to for 2 or 3 cycles, then it just stops.

Stopped working after a few months

The ice maker has been great but it completely stopped working about 1 week ago. I can’t find anything about the warranty and can’t get through to anyone to see what I can do about this. I loved this ice maker and it just randomly stopped working.

Is it just mine that doesn’t work well?

It’s slow. The first batch of 10 tiny pieces melts before a second batch is done so you can never get even half a glass of ice. It’s bulky, heavy, and takes up too much space on a condo countertop.

lemons

Purchased 2 of these in less than two years. I thought the first was just a lemon and bought another. The second tells me it is out of water. It isn't. I am going to find a different brand. This is stupid.

Buy the warranty

Absolutely love this ice maker, thank goodness I bought the Sams warranty with it, it lasted 8 wonderful months of never running out of ice. I returned it and bought another with the warranty.

Great while It Last

Don't waste your money

I bought this mid January. Started having problems with it not making ice, just cycling the pusher inside. could reset by unplugging. Now mid May and it is dead. If I had the box it would have been returned,

not worth it

I bought mine on April 6,2021 and today it just stopped working. Says add water when it’s full of water and I also used filter water in it . Returning it today

It does the job. Let's see how long it last. It does make the ice cubes pretty fast. The ice box lid is not insulated so the ice cubes eventually melts and the water gets recycled to new cubes.

It is intended that ice produced be periodically transferred to zipperlock bags for storage in a conventional freezer.To make firmer/larger/drier ice, use colder water. Tip, let the first couple of batches of ice fall into the water reservoir to chill the water.

I love it a lot, until it started leaking after around day 4… I thought it was the plug to release the water, but it wasn’t, the leak was from the opposite side of the plug!
