These arrived on time and were in excellent condition. We displayed them during the day and then refrigerated them at night. As a result we maintained nice full blooms for over two weeks!

They arrived fresh and wonderfully packaged. Followed the directions for cutting the ends under water and refreshing the water every two days and they looked great for two weeks!

Would most definitely order these again! Fast shipping, beautiful flowers and the packaging was perfect. No complaints. Price was very affordable for the quality. Would have never thought they would have been this great for the price.

Roses received were beautiful, vase very nice. Although. the flowers did have a tie or ribbon only paper wrap. There were 18 long stem roses and gorgeous. Will order these roses again.

A couple we’re already wilting but majority premature A little below last years quality. Paid $49 then another store was giving a dozen away with $50 purchase but hey I got a cheap vase!

I’ve ordered flowers online from Sam’s several times before and have never been disappointed. My wedding bouquet and flowers were from Sam’s. I sent two separate yellow Rose bouquets and both were beautiful. Got these red roses for valentines and was absolutely disappointed. The quality was the worst I’ve ever seen. Broken stems. Petals falling off. Roses were smaller than the $15 roses in store. It didn’t come arranged nor did it come with the baby’s breath. The extra filler was all random springs, didn’t match and wasn’t cohesive. Didn’t look anything like the picture. It did arrive on time but never showed delivered and tracking number never worked. Additionally, the flowers weren’t packaged in any way that had water for them. The app won’t let me upload the pictures of what I received. Very disappointed in this order.

This is a Sam’s Club order. On the website, it still shows as “not shipped,” and there was no tracking information available. I spent an hour on the phone this morning during a very busy workday just to get the tracking number. However, I was informed that the package was not properly delivered — it was simply left somewhere. When I went later to check, the box was no longer there.

This is my second time ordering these and last time was great! This time not so great. The roses are still beautiful but there is only one small sprig of babys breath and greenery. This is very disappointing as without more of that they kinda look like some cheap store-bought roses instead of a bouquet. Not the usual quality that I expect from Sams Club.

I own a flower shop and needed a back up for the insanity of Valentine's day, so I decided, as a new member, to order a dozen roses from Sam's Club to see if the quality meets mine. It was an epic failure. The flowers were delivered a day late and I understand-am very familiar with weather conditions causing delays with deliveries. NO fault to Sam's Club. However, the flowers were not packed with frozen gel packs and therefore moldy and smelled like it. DOA. This was my experience and far from what others have experienced. The flowers at my Sam's club are beautiful and fresh.

I had the dozen roses with the vase sent to my mom for Valentine's Day and she loved them! She stated they were well wrapped so they were secure for shipping and she keeps them sitting right beside her.I liked the fact they weren't buds waiting to open but had begun to bloom. Good job Sams' Club!
