Sent these to my daughter after surgery, because it was the day after valentine's day I was concerned that she would receive all leftover roses. The flowers were fresh and beautiful.

Beautiful 12stem bouquet with baby’s breath, greenery and clear vase. The bouquet lasted 2 weeks. Loved it!

I bought this bouquet a month ago and sent them to my mom for her birthday. She was extremely delighted at their beauty and presentation.

The roses were beautiful, however, I sent them as a gift and thought they were coming already put together. The note that I wrote for the receiver wasn’t there, it just said Mom

Flowers were left at the front door of an apartment building, and someone took the delivery....BECAUSE IT WAS LEFT OUT FRONT OF AN APARTMENT, INSTEAD OF AT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE OR UP TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS SUITE.

I used to prefer Sam's delivery flowers over the national flower chains because you could always get high quality flowers for a reasonable price. The last two-three years have changed that. The flowers are delivered late and often they are moldy when they arrive. The ones that arrive in good condition just don't last for more than a couple of days. Sam's is good able refunding my money when I ask, but that is not what I wanted. I wanted to give my Mom some nice flowers. Sadly, I have given up on Sam's club delivery flowers.

I will never order again. They came damaged and basically dead. All the care in the world could not bring them back. And I tried. The bulb was already folded over, and the stem had no strength. The greens were just wild. Nothing cultured about this at all. A lot of wasted time and money.

Ordered 2 of these for 2 different moms. One was slightly better than the other, but the first contained absolutely no greenery as shown in the photo. When contacting the company, they stated I would need to send 5 pictures of each arrangement. While I understand wanting documentation, these were gifts and it is very awkward to ask the recipients to take multiple photos while essentially pointing out how disappointing the arrangements were. I was trying to present the gifts positively, so requesting 5 photos from each recipient felt excessive and uncomfortable. The product simply did not resemble what was advertised.

When I placed my order it was for yellow roses with no vase, what was delivered a day late were red roses with a vase. The roses were in bad condition some wilted and some looked like they had a disease. The only good thing was that I received a full refund. I won’t buy flowers from Sam’s again.

This is a Sam's Club order. On the website, it still shows as “not shipped,” and there was no tracking information available. I spent an hour on the phone this morning during a very busy workday just to get the tracking number. However, I was informed that the package was not properly delivered — it was simply left somewhere. When I went later to check, the box was no longer there.
