Not as pictured

These flowers are a disappointment! The flower arrangement does not look at all like what it does in the pictures. Not enough greenery, the roses are all buds. I could have went to the grocery store and purchased the flowers and the vase myself, for a lot cheaper at that, and it would have looked better. I expected something more put together just as the picture shows. I will not be purchasing flowers like this from Sams again.

Pretty flowers, babies breath totally missing.

Flowers just arrived, they are pretty. They do not have the babies breath, not one piece. I have now been on the customer service help desk for over an hour with no contact with flower desk. The general help desk has been trying to reach them for last 40 minutes. The customer service support in retailer's has taken a dive in last couple of years. It's not just a SAM's club, it's across the industry. 5-10 minutes I understand, an hour is ridicules. I can guarantee you if the president or VP for Sam's club called in they would not tolerate 75 minute wait for service. Just now finally talked to flower desk, we will see if there solution resolves the flower issue. They bigger issue the long wait to get help.

abused 1 star roses

Okay, so here is the good and the bad; Bad- 1. Arrived a day late 2. ALL the roses we bruised with black tips embarrassing. So much so that, if you removed the bad petals there would have been non left on the buds. Good- 1. They were secured in the package extremely well. I was impressed how well. 2. Sam’s club refunded money. Due to the roses being secured so well in their package, the damage was not due mishandling during shipment. These roses were packaged after being manhandled, with a lack of care on the people who put them in their boxes. It’s a shame, because they were once beautiful roses.

Beautiful

I sent 1 1/2 dozen roses to my fiancee. They were beautiful. He was extremely surprised. They were delivered in perfect time and they were very fresh.

I felt cheated

Red Rose Bouquet Item # 980082141 I ordered the bouquet of 24 roses, approx. stem length: 50cm / 19.5 in. It was supposed to include: * Red Roses * Seeded Eucalyptus * Salal * Lily Grass * Israeli Ruscus * Variegated Pittosporum * Vase Included I did receive 24 roses: 12 were abt 19.5 inches & 12 were abt. 12 inches. The fillers did not include any seeded eucalyptus and variegated pittosporum. There were 2 stems of salal, 4 sprigs of lily grass, 2 stems of leather leaf fern, 2 stems of Israeli ruscus, and 1 stem of split leaf philodendron. Yes, Sam’s “Substitution Policy: To assure optimum freshness, different varieties may be substituted based on availability. In making substitutions, we take great care to ensure that we exceed your expectations, and that you will be satisfied with the flower quality and performance.” I wasn’t surprised that there had been a substitute for some of the filler greenery, except that the substitutes did not allow for the bouquet to resemble the photo and did not exceed nor meet my expectations. Additionally, the roses did appear to be fresh when I received them, but they never opened and bloomed. I’ve ordered fresh flowers many times in the past from Sam's and have been satisfied with my purchases and their service. This wasn’t one of the best experiences I’ve had ordering fresh flowers from Sam’s.

Roses

Normally I love their roses, however the additional greenery was not included and the flowers did not fit in the vase. I purchased the 36 count so I expected more for the price. The roses are much better in club. These were very small and some were already dying. I was disappointed as the flowers are usually much better.

Disappointed

The flowers are not as pictured. There is only one spring of baby's breath and very little greenery. The buds are tiny and some of them are partially black. Some of the leaves have fallen off. I'm embarrassed for my son to give these to his girlfriend but she is arriving in a matter of hours so no time to replace. The roses look cheap and definitely not worth the $40 plus which was paid.

Frozen dying roses

Arrived a day later than scheduled delivery day. Roses were frozen and probably sitting on a truck in subzero temperatures. Nothing says love and happy Valentine’s Day like dying frozen roses. Yes literally frozen and tips dying. Money should be refunded because product was definitely not as described.

Terrible

These roses didn't even last 48 hours. Two didn't even last 12 hours! They just fell over. They were bruised and wilted upon opening the box. The morning of the third day the tiny sprig of baby's breath was brown, the roses were almost completely black and even the greenery was wilting. Worse roses I've ever bought. Completely disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.
