Seven out of 36 didn't last through 5 days even with fresh water and food energy couple of days. A little disappointing for my wife.

We ordered these flowers for a funeral and they looked nothing like the images online. They were small, smashed, and hadn’t even budded. I was shocked at how pathetic they looked and what we paid for them. Never order from there again.

When they arrived my wife loved them, but the next day she said they had already started to wilt even though she put them in water with the flower food when they arrived. Not worth it.

Was extremely disappointed! Ordered 24 roses and they arrived on 2/11/21 by Sunday they are already wilting. The worst part is they look nothing like what’s pictured! The roses were so small and the leaves were falling off! Waste of money!!

Flowers arrived but not the same I'm not happy and my wife is not happy its cheaper in the store and looks 100% better rose some long some short sam club need to do better

the flowers arrived and they looked bad. They were on the edge of dying, they never opened up. Waste of money They were for my wife for her birthday. Bad day I was screwed. Go someplace else to buy your flowers. I got dead flowers

These are indeed poor quality roses (just buy at the local supermarket if you're going for these) and I never had this happen before but we received 11 instead of a dozen. Very embarrassing how they messed that up :(.

I've had good luck with this service previously, but this one looks awful. The only good thing is that they arrived on time. Too bad they don't look even half as good as the picture.

The pictures do not do these roses justice. My wife loved them. She was more pleased with them than any flowers I have purchased on any online flowers store. I always order my flowers online. And these were the best. Good job Sam’s Club.

Ordered as a gift ..they arrived at their destination but not as pictured on the website! Just Roses and the vase...no greenery or baby's breath..Will not order again especially as a gift
