Good BUT........ cake is delicious you can tell someone put effort into putting it together. Icing is tasty. Cake us light filling is moist and tasty. However pecan crusting has to go. This is my third cake in the space of a few months and pecan crusting contains shells. Each time more and more where now inedible. Almost broke our teeth so now we just scoop off and throw away. Not worth breaking teeth. Too bad. This could be a truly great cake. Very moist indicative of the tres leches filling too bad But crusting ruins it. Not worth the hassle of scraping this off Or wasting food. They also stopped producing the pineapple tres leches cake which was even better. They could save money waste and customer satisfaction loss by just tasting it themselves and removing chopped nut crusting

The tres leches cake was purchased for a birthday celebration while I was in Chicago. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. It was perfectly moist and flavorful. I seriously hope that we have it in Phoenix because we will definitely purchase it again. Highly recommend.

The Tres Leches cake is delicious and beautiful. It is a favorite birthday cake in my family. I often take it to pot luck dinners, and there’s not a crumb left. The cake has a delicious strawberry filling. It is iced with a light white icing that resembles whipped cream and decorated with a few whole strawberries and oblong chocolates that surround the cake. Finely chopped nuts are pressed into the bottom of the icing. The cake is a yummy yellow cake. The icing and cake are not too sweet. The delightful combination of icing, yellow cake, fresh strawberries, & finely chopped nuts make this s a yummy & irresistible cake perfect for any celebration!

This looked delicious and I had high hopes for it. I read the list of ingredients as I saw it had nuts on the sides. The label said they were pecans which I can eat. I’m afraid they were walnuts which I have a reaction to. Every time I had a piece of this cake I ended up vomiting. That’s the only reason why I would react that way. The whipping cream that the cake had as icing was not very good either and the filling wasn’t fresh like the strawberries on top but rather jam. This is not good and I’ll never buy again

I was craving and decided to try it from Sam's Club since I was already shopping there. It wasn't as moist as it should have been and it obviously didn't taste like an authentic Tres Leche would have if it came from a Mexican bakery. It wasn't sold in our home and lasted a few days. The second day it was already soggy, so we threw it out on the third day. It would be a great try if it was a smaller cake size though.

We bought this as our main wedding cake, hoping for leftovers (most guests hadn't ever tried tres leches), but sadly everyone loved it so much there was nothing extra for us to take home. It was absolutely delicious, so fresh, and we will definitely be buying again

That isn't what it says it says three milks what you put in there wasn't even the right milk it's not made out of water and skim milk that's not what makes it three milks . you use the wrong milk and so instead of soaking into the cake it went through the cake and made the bottom soggy .would have been great if you did it right. It looks awesome the nuts around the side of it beautiful the frosting is good the strawberries is good even like the dark chocolate candy on it the filling too

This is always a family favorite, so I bought it on a Friday morning and kept it cool until dinner. Even though it sat on the table for over an hour, when we cut into it, it was frozen in the middle! This was the first time we've ever experienced this, so it must have been just taken out of the freezer at our local club, but if you're planning to buy it at the last minute, you may want to ask the Bakery staff when it was taken out of the freezer. I had no idea that these cakes were ever frozen!

I’m really bummed that this wasn’t good. The cake was dry and crumbly. Absolutely zero tres leches. The strawberry filling I had high hopes for because it looked awesome, unfortunately it didn’t taste at all like strawberry. Just like jellied sugar. For $18+ I expected better but I won’t be buying this again.

This was a regular buy for us but during this latest purchase we noticed that the layers of cake had reduced making it sweet and watery rather than moist and fluffy. The toppings were also reduced while the price remained the same as before. We will not be purchasing this item again
