I fell in love the first time I had a taste of this cake at my friend's birthday. I was waiting for a special occasion of my own to celebrate by treating myself and loved ones to this beauty. After some weeks, I made an order for two to celebrate my sister visiting with her family from out of the country, and it was even better than I remembered!!! This is by far my favorite desert and I am in love!!

There have been some changes to this cake, in my opinion not changes to the better. The dark chocolate shards and strawberries that once decorated the rim are gone. There also seems to be less of the strawberry filling, enough so that it just doesn't have much taste. It remains supremely moist, but unfortunately that's about all that commends the product.

I bought this for my daughter‘s baby shower. Everyone loved it! The strawberries were fresh and sweet and the cake was not overly sweet like traditional icing. It was a big hit. I ordered it 24 hours in advance and it was ready when they said it would be. I can’t wait to have another party so I can order this again.

Delicious cake! And excellent service from Amber at the North Little Rock store. The only reason for 4 stars is the photo showed a cake with strawberries, and it had none IRL. Amber gave me tips on decorating it with fresh strawberries I bought separately.

First time ever having Tres Leches cake. We were taking it over to a gathering with a few friends. I was afraid it may be a cake that would not live up to my expectations. It instead was wonderful! Our friends all enjoyed it as well. it is beautiful and I would definitely buy it again. We purchased in the afternoon on the same day as our evening get together and it was not frozen inside like others mentioned and everything stayed in tact during travel.

I ordered this cake a few days in advance for my wife's birthday and was unfortunately very disappointed with the quality. I requested a customization to remove the walnuts and add writing to the cake, which the bakery did accommodate. However, this was a stacked cake, and both of the bottom layers were hard and tasted stale, which took away from what was supposed to be a special surprise for my wife. I would not recommend this particular style of cake based on my experience. I encourage the staff to take extra time when preparing orders, as freshness and quality are major factors in whether customers choose to return.

I consistently purchase the Tres Leches cake for various professional and personal engagements. My most recent order, however, featured a revised recipe. The cake no longer included strawberries, nuts, or chocolate, and the presentation was notably different from previous orders. I am curious about the rationale behind altering the recipe for a product that consistently demonstrates strong sales performance.

Was not fresh had mold on one of the strawberries. I got one slice out of it had to throw the rest away. Which is unfortunate and I know things happen, but I’ve got it through delivery. I’m sure if I was there to buy it. I would’ve gotten a newer one

This cake isn't all it's cracked up to be! Some may like that it has a VERY, VERY thin line of what seems to be strawberry jam spread in between the cake layers! But for some reason the jam just doesn't seem to taste like it should! I make homemade strawberry jam, and mine taste a whole lot better than that does!!! I don't think I'ii be buying that cake again in the future because I had to throw it away! No one wanted to eat it, they said it tasted funny, and I agree with them!
