Picture looks beautiful. I ordered a dozen multicolored roses on a Wednesday. Supposed to be delivered on Friday. I followed the tracking and they sat somewhere all weekend and were finally delivered on Monday. The flowers arrived in terrible shape as expected with such a delay. Very disappointing. Sam’s did issue a refund. 1st time ordering flowers at a place other than a Florist. It will be my last.

Ordered white roses, outstanding quality and freshness - lasted much longer than moat fresh flowers! I always have fresh cut and it is time to reorder them! Remember, roses represent Mary. Price point at $39.99 make them the absolutel best price for the quality in all of Sams Club. Also the perfect gift year round! The delivery box is sturdy and the inside box - flower and vase arrangement could not be better! It is such a joyful gift to oneself or others to receive these roses! I've sent them all over the US to friends and lots of times to my house! Quantitynis sufficent to divide into a couple bases throighout the house! Put product on rebuy!

Let me start my comments off with how beautiful these flowers are! The soft pink buds and the perfect mix of greenery give this bouquet a classic look! The delivery was extremely fast....I had them the next day perfectly packaged with a glass vase included. Followed the instructions for care and conditioning and they're still making a beauty statement on my dining table 6 days later. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to make someone's day brighter or who simply wants that special centerpiece in their home! Can't go wrong with a Sam's Club 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!

This item arrived broken. When reaching out to notify someone, I was told that basically it wasn’t Sam’s Club’s responsibility and was given a different number to call. When I order from Sam’s Club, I expect the same great quality and service. I was disappointed in Sam’s Club for not standing behind something they sell in their website.

I bought these flowers for my mother she loved them everyone that saw them thought they were fake flowers she said they were so beautiful unfortunately I couldn't see them cuz she lives an hour away from me and I couldn't get there but I'm glad that you made her day bright and I can always count on Sam's flowers

Great for the price. I was a little skeptical when they were delivered as they were very limp. Once they had been trimmed and put in the vase with water they started to perk up. They were very beautiful afterwards and stayed perky for a good week. Much cheaper than ordering from a flower shop!

We have purchased and had shipped several floral arrangements from Sam’s. With a couple exceptions, they were all in great shape and delivered timely. With respect to the exceptions, Sam’s accommodated our concerns in a very satisfactory manner. The pricing, including the free shipping, was very, very reasonable. We highly recommend them.

I was excited to see a nice arrangement of flowers for my wife so I decided to order. They arrived well packaged but all buds were fully open, wife said they were frozen prior, they had no smell. Disappointed in price vs quality of product. I’ll check into getting a refund.

These flowers were by far the worst I've ever bought. I mistakenly ordered these flowers to be delivered and they arrived in a shipping box. Who knows what type of trauma the flowers experienced during shipping. Ultimately, half of the flowers died after about 3 days and the rest followed a couple of days later.

Flowers come wrapped separately, not arranged as shown in the pictures. You are your own designer. The flowers and greens were delivered fresh and in a timely manner. The vase is clear glass and can be re-used with future purchases of flowers. The requested card that came with the order was incorrectly filled out for a Valentine’s Day gift. Sam’s issued a partial payment gift card for the error. All in all, a good purchase and would buy again the roses stem were approximately 14” long.
