This is the second time I have bought flowers in a box from Sam's. I trusted how they looked from the first time so much that I bought them and used them on the tables at my son's rehearsal dinner. I had them shipped to the hotel we were staying. They arrived around 10 a.m. and we arrived at the the hotel around 9 p.m. They sat in the box all day. I was afraid how they would look. I immediately opened the well packed box which included everthing I need except the water. It included tightly wrapped roses along with beautful filler, a clear vase and flower fresh packet. To slow the opening of the flowers, I put ice water in the vases. The next morning, day of rehearsal, I cut the stems and pulled a few leafs off the roses. Not being a professional florist, I put the filler and flowers in the vases again with little effort to arrange them.t They looked AMAZING! I received so many comments on them that night even from the bride's mom who asked if we could use them the next day in areas like the bar, and other places to fill in.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the flowers actually were. I purchased these for my daughter and she loved them. The only surprise was the fact that they didn't come prearranged.

Beautiful flowers arrived exactly as promised couldn’t have asked for better quality or service. We ordered for wedding and were above what we expected.

I had these delivered to my sister, and then a few days later needed to make an emergency trip to go and help her. They are absolutely stunning, quite a surprise. Very long stems and beautiful blooms. Got the orange color and it was just gorgeous. Lasted for about a week and a half

Excellent packaging... almost over-packed, but I could see that it was done carefully. Everything I needed to make them look great in a box. The roses smelled and looked great on the day I got them but they look just as good if not better 6 days later (today). I would have rated them 5 stars if they were a bit more closed the day I got them (to make them last EVEN longer) but at this point I am very pleased with how long they are lasting looking fresh!

I placed 3 orders of these flowers and all arrived kind of withered. The greenery was dry and unappealing. I ended up having to buy more flowers at my local store to compensate for all the empty spaces. The picture online is not how it actually looks like in person

Delivered on a Friday for my mom’s 99th birthday celebration on Saturday. By Sunday the heads were drooping on approx half of the roses.

I have always been more than pleased with the roses I order every year just before Christmas until this week. Even though they arrived on time, the roses were wilted and looked like they had been cut weeks ago. The arrived exhausted looking. I immediately trimmed the stems and put them in water but they didn’t recover. Usually I can make them last in beautiful shape for a week. This time they were wilted, never fully opened and heads drooping in 2 days. What happened?

They showed up & I thought they would be beautiful, after snipping the ends & getting in the case with the food, every single one of these wilted & fell over. Very disgusted, but at least they did refund my money!

The flowers arrived already wilted. One of the buds was cut from the stem. So, now I have 11 not a dozen flowers. These were for Mother's Day. I purposely had them sent to me so I could hand deliver to my mother. Thank goodness I did or this would have been a horrible gift. They arrived in long-stem buds. I was told by Customer Service to cut the bottom of the stems to allow them to drink fresh water more easily, also to remove the wilted petals. I did this and waited days. They just continued to wilt. These would have been beautiful flowers. The type of roses were large buds. I had these delivered to me on a Tues so I could surprise my mother early. After completing the requirements from Customer Service, they were going to place another order to arrive overnight (Sat). When I called on Friday to check why I did not receive an order confirmation, they told me they did not place the order and they would not be sent overnight! Given it was already Friday, I was unable to find roses that were of similar type. I have never received flowers or plants in this condition from any of the other vendors typically used.
