I have bought flowers from sams and always have had a great experience with quality/shipping/everything. These were a dud. I ordered rainbow, but only received red, white and pink (not what the pictures showed at all). They came in looking rough and the box was pretty beat up (assuming that is partially to blame). Needless to say, I will not be ordering flowers again.

First, they did not resemble the picture. I was not expecting them to look exactly like the picture, but at least close. However, these were nowhere close to the picture. Plus the flowers were dying, a few were dead, and they were just delivered today. The presentation was not good at all. This was my first and last time using the service. I guess I got what I paid for.

6 of the 18 roses came damaged. Very disappointed with the purchase. Will never order flowers from Sam’s Club again.

Meh- I ordered pink and got orange. They definitely aren’t great quality either. They did refund me due to the color error.

Showed up moldy, and a few broken. Couldn’t give them as a gift had to throw away. Tried to get money back and so far $10.
