Sent this to my mother for Valentine's Day. She reported that they were beautiful. This is the second floral delivery order I have purchased. Very happy with the products and the careful delivery.

Mostly beautiful at first. Cut and mixed water as directed but after 3 days half a dozen already started wilting. Recut and changed water but they kept wilting. Good price just wish they would have lasted longer.

My mom loved the flowers! They arrive in a nice box and include a vase. I have sent these several times to her and they are always fresh! Flowers lasted couple weeks . Wil buy again

The roses were beautiful on the first day! They started dying 2 days later. They were completely dead by day 6. Too bad they didn’t last a little while longer.

I sent this beautiful flower arrangement as a gift for one of my dear and beloved sisters'. Even though, I only viewed it online, she sent me a picture of when & how she received it . The picture was stunning and just as beautiful as your Website.

These arrived with brown petals. Based on the fedex tracking they sat in the box for 5 days so no wonder they were dead before arriving on valentines day. Total disappointment!!!

I order these a week in advance for my mom's 79th birthday. We waited all day hoping they would arrive on the scheduled delivery date. THE BDAY flowers NEVER ARRIVED. Contacted Sam's Club via chat, Ana was no help, said they would call tomorrow between 7-9 so we will see if they will resolve, but if I was you save your time and money because this paid for gift the recipient never received. Seriously seriously disappointed.!!

Not even close to what I ordered. I ordered bright pink roses, I recieved a whitish rose. when I called about the problem I was told they would not be able to replace before Valentines Day so I would get a refund after I sent photos in. Well photos went in, no refund. I called back and was told I would get notified immediately of a refund. I called tonight, got a supervisor. was told a refund was likely, and they could plainly see I did not get what I ordered. But they would have to communicate with the vendor about the problem before they could provide a refund. Apparently Sams does not back their floral orders. I have had great results before, this is the first big problem, but clearly their customer service is lacking.

Waste of money. Bought bicolor and rainbow for daughters both were almost completely wilted and rainbow set only had 11 roses. Trimmed, watered and arranged..left under floral light and next day they were all wilted. We were so disappointed and will NEVER try it again.

If I could give zero stars!!! Ordered flowers for my moms birthday. Paid for the shipping on a specific day %26 they never arrived. When I called Sams customer service %26 went on the chat, no one could help me because they said their floral department is closed and that I would have to wait until Monday when they opened again (which they were supposed to arrive on Friday). So upset with Sams %26 the fact no one else could help find out where the flowers were or the actual tracking for them. I will never order flowers from Sam's Club.com again.
