Solid grill, easy to assemble, only drawback was one of the holes for upper rack was drilled in wrong spot, so I measured and drilled new hole. Problem fixed. Still, a great deal for this grill.

Took some time to put together needed a video to help put the charcoal grill. Made for a sweet husband Father's Day gift. And it's heavy too. Price was awesome.

This came boxed a little rough. But everything was there. The instructions were very easy to use. They had paper instructions and virtual instructions. The virtual instructions were really perfect.

Easy to set up, the only item that I noticed was that the smoke stack couldn't attach fully to the grill barrel. Beyond that, a great item for a good price. I particularly like the easy way to remove ashes.

I would have given it a 5 stars but it was dropped down due to Chimney was FORCED (by me) to fit, and I had to get 2 screws and 2 nuts just for that purpose. Star was dropped by one for the SUPER CHEAP DEPLORABLE cover as well! I went out and brought a Char-broil Universal Cover that's padded and has Velcro everywhere. I've had and owned numerous Charcoal / Wood Smoker/Grills which is mandatory in Florida! As we get Hurricanes and Power Outages! And ANOTHER star dropped it down to a 3 BECAUSE the cast iron grates / cooking surface was THIN I will have to search for a thicker more durable grill grates! Seriously! Of note, I am well over 60 + years. I WILL TELL YOU UPFRONT --> Unless you are experienced like myself, it takes 2 PEOPLE to assemble this! I assembled this all by myself!

Bought this grill 2 days ago. Good grill for the price however whoever labeled the pieces and was responsible for making sure all the screws were included should loose their job. It took my husband over 3 hours to put this together and he was not a happy camper. The legs were labeled wrong and screws were missing.

Bought this grill for a weekend cookout. Assembled it the night before, only to find out the grill lid was defective. Someone drilled the holes towards the front of the grill lid instead of the back, therefore preventing the hanging of the warming rack. This diminished cooking capacity. Called Members Mark and they advised I return it for a refund or exchange. So I've either got to figure out how to get a fully assembled grill back to Sam's Club to return/exchange it and go thru the assembly process all over again or just do without the rack. I was hoping they'd just send me a new lid from the manufacturer. Not an option.

The harware card needs to be organized better. At least order the sections left to right, top to bottom alphabetically. Graphics are there but need improvement. My chimney had welds that stuck out preventing it from seating. I ground them down to fit. The wheels wobble and scrape as they turn. More locknuts or even lockwashers would keep things tight. I'm using thread locker.

Amazing price for how massive it is! A couple complaints. The wheels need washers or something to stabilize them. We had to literally bend the smoke stack. If the weld was better or on the outside it would've lined up fine. Our member mark logo came scratched, but oh well. The handle was dirty and slightly scraped up too.
