This charcoal BBQ grill is very nice and easy to use. The heavy cooking grate is very sturdy! The charcoal tray is easy to remove to dispose of used charcoal, although different than a Weber, it goes thru more charcoal each use. The wheels make it easy to move and it comes with a very nice waterproof cover. It takes about 2 hours to put together.

The grill is well made and easy to assemble. After only one use, I would say that the design (with air flowing under and over the coals) seems to promote a more even burn. The grates have cut outs for one of those removal tools, but one is not included. That is all that keeps me from giving this a five..

Great value. I priced watched this grill for a year. Purchased at the lowest price in two years. Used the pickup service, great store rep experience. The app is extremely useful when you are building. You will need some space. I put it together outside in 2 1/2 hours. Works great! Comes with cover for easy storage.

The base was sturdy. The bolts some were too short and did not fit through to have the ability to add the nut. A lot of the nuts did not fit properly on the bolts. They either stopped too short of screwing on. We had to go the Lowes and purchase nuts from the there to fit the bolts. The bolts that were too short, I keep containers of extra bolts and nuts in my garage work area. The exalt system on the top of the grill DID NOT, I mean absolutely, DID NOT fit flush to the hood of the grill. I had to get my mallet hammer and literally, beat the arch part until it bent to the shape of the hood. The beating the arch of the exalt system allowed for the exalt to fit flush to the hood. It was so far fitting that you could put you hand in the gap. I feel that there should be a team to test the bolts with the nuts and make sure that they fit. The team should insert the hood exalt part in the hole on the hood to make sure that they fit flush to the hood. The shelf at the bottom, the counter extension in front and to the left are great. There can be two more "L" shaped hardware pieces added to the bottom of the inside of the grill to support the charcoal/wood compartment for support. Since that unit is so long, I feel that there should be a groove on both sides to hold that long compart steady as you slide the drawer in. Or as I said add two more "L" shaped hardware at the left end to support the end of the drawer in sturdy place. We have not used the grill. We actually just put it together this past weekend. It took a couple of days, because we had to go and purchase new fitting nuts.

Grill is not as sturdy as it looks in the photos. The body of the grill is made of thin gauge steel. After one use the charcoal pan and grate deformed from the heat of the coals. My chargriller barrel style grill of 6 years only started deforming the last month right before i purchased this grill. Definitely would not recommend this members mark barrel grill.

I was delighted by the instructional video that made assembly of this grill so easy but then disappointed to find that the grease catcher cup was missing. Further disappointment followed when the nut that holds the small folding rack that sits over the main grill surface fell off on our second use of the grill fell off. On closer inspection, it appears that the threaded end sheared off making repair impossible. Next I noticed that the rack that holds the charcoal is beginning to warp. Cooks well and is easy to empty ash but I fear the grill is not going to last the season.

I love the grill don't get me wrong, but I had this in my garage until it was warm enough to build it. THIS GRILL IS HEAVY DUTY and after taking an hour and half by myself to build it I noticed a dip in the lid and base from where someone dropped it from the shipping area or delivery that was not seen until putting it together. I have used hammers and more trying to get it back into place so that is closes properly AND the grill lip can hold the grill brackets for cooking without falling down. I got it to go a little back into place however it is heavy duty material and WILL NOT BUDGE more than it has with these attempts. I love the grill I am just disappointed in the handling of this beautiful grill.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Grill was delivered and it was obvious the box had been opened. We was still hopeful. Many of the pieces were bent and they were bent in areas crucial to assemble. Contacted Sam's Club and a replacement grill was sent and damage grill was picked up. The replacement box was intact. Upon assembly we noticed on one of the legs the holes were misaligned so we were unable to attach it to the grill. Still waiting on my refund and Sam's Club to pick up this grill. A total disappointment and waste of time.

The grill took 3 hours to assemble, which isn't all that surprising. But, when finished, the grill grates were not large enough, and fell into the coals while cooking. I called the number provided, and was asked to email pictures. I did. I was notified that a shipment would be on its way. In a week or so, I didn't rec0eive larger grill grates, but rather the bottom half of the barrel portion of the grill. It took me another 1 hour and 10 minutes to replace this part of the grill. Now, the grates fit well, from front to back, but there is a large (maybe 2 inches) gap that the 3 grill grates do not cover, going from left to right. I have never been dissatisfied with a Sam's Club purchase, in my 30+ years of being a member. This grill, however, is unacceptable. I would very much like to get my money back, throw out this grill, and spend more money on a name brand, better made product.

Put together but does not align on both sides. The barrel was bent. Did not realize until we connected the lid. Too much trouble to take apart and return
