Everything is ok except for the draining of the grease it comes out from not obly one side of grill but from All the bottom and like i have charcoal on the shelf it all gets dirty with the drippings of grease

Made the perfect purchase! Wanted a pit that would be suitable for a single Lady and I’m so excited with my results. Easy to put together and light lift for me as I needed. Made the bomb kabobs and burger patties.

Really love the grill it took me a while to put it together but the instructions were real simple and easy to follow it was cheaper than other stores and way more sturdy I like the metal shelves on the side very happy with my purchase

Great product for the price. Would have rated it 5 stars but, the assembly was a little difficult with bent parts and having to bend back in place to fit. FYI I purchased two and both had similar problems. Both pits worked well after.

I purchased this as a Father's Day gift. He was so excited about the smokestack when he saw the photo on the box. Unfortunately the grill doesn't have any kind of seal so the smoke comes out the entire way around AND the smokestack doesn't fit in the smokestack hole so it can't be attached properly. When the warming grill section is installed, the grill lid closes right down on the food below. Very poor design! I went back to the store to return the smokestack because the weld on it makes it impossible to fit but when I got there customer service said I had to dismantle and bring back the entire grill in order to exchange the smokestack. The smokestack was the FINAL piece to install! NO WAY WAS I TAKING IT APART AND LUGGING IT 25 MILES. Instead, I bought another one while there and checked the smokestack in the box- only to discover that they both had the same issue! It is a manufacturer's defect that should be replaced and purchasers should be compensated. I told customer service about the issue and returned the 2nd grill. It would be nice to use the warmer and have a smokestack on a sealed grill but THIS is the grill they sold us... In spite of those irritating things, we have used it several times. It holds hot charcoal and wood pellets... and it cooks food... on a large surface.... outside. We probably could have been just as happy with a cinder block grill if we didn't have to look at it. Now, I will have to buy two 3" O rings, a drill and rubber seals to make everything functional. Anyway, I thought you should know about these issues before buying.

Wonderful grill for the price. The warming rack does get close to the main grilling plates when closed, but we’ve found that we leave it open when grilling most of the time due to it being a charcoal grill. The warming rack can easily be removed if making a bigger item such as a chicken or brisket. Would definitely recommend!

Upgraded from a 24" to 35" barrel , easy to remove charcoal , enough space for variety of foods , brings its own cover to protect from rain and excited on our cookout days , it sure was a great buy i do reccommend , ours came a lil dent on bottom shelve but understandable as it was shipping

I was so excited to get this grill. I got it a week late, and I went to put it together and alot of the pieces were bent. I actually started to take it apart and take it back to the store. If it wasn't for the upcoming event I am hosting it would be back to the store. Completely unsatisfied.

The overall grill is very good. I did have to drill out 4 holes that did not align well, one on each leg and straighten the corners of the bottom shelf. Other than that, very easy to put together, just takes a little while for one person. Would recommend this grill.

As covid19 started to take hold of NJ and the state close I bought this charcoal BBQ grill. I was extremely happy when it arrived because it was easy assembly. With all restaurants and events closed this was our way to break the routine and celebrate the little things. The 1st use of the grill was in April, my sisters bday, after that one use I noticed that the top bar seemed to sag in the middle. Did the normal heat of the charcoals do this already? But it still worked so we continued had 2 BBQ’s a month, then in August (10 uses) I noticed that the paint on the grill panels was pealing. I cleaned it. I used oil to make sure the grills where not dry and to try to protect them from any more pealing. But it just got worse and worse. If you look at it now, the 3 grills are pealing and its rusting! The bars on the grill are rusting the handle Not one year of use. Not an extreme amount of use. It has a nice cover which was used every day. I used the easy fast light charcoal, not lighting fluid. This charcoal BBQ grill was the worse investment. Now I need to throw it out before someone eats rust and next year buy a new one. Save your money!
