We just put this together and found one grill is cracked in a few different spots. I will be calling today to find a replacement. Takes time to put together but all of the pieces are clearly marked and numbered. Will re-post about the replacement process I hope it goes well.

I purchased this grill for my husband for Father's Day - He was very pleased. The grill arrived in a timely manner and was not to difficult to assemble. It appears to be quite sturdy however you have to tighten the screws often. The size of the grill in large enough to cook a meal for a crowd -

The extra taping on box gives away it was a return or open boxed item also I received an added grill cover that isn't acually included. All parts were received and assembled with a few missalligned holes for screws but still got it together decent. Stop selling items as brand new although returns and open boxed items.
