This was an awesome buy!! I love the keep cool rubber handle on the skillet. You really can't beat the duo buy. The ceramic soup pot wit lid cooks like a roaster leaving in all of the juices and moisture. More than your money's worth.

Recieved as a gift. They both are amazing!. Love the rubber handle on cast iron. No more small hand burns for me! I've always wanted a dutch oven. It is the perfect size for my family of 5! Cannot wait to try more recipes in then both!

The Dutch oven is comparable to Le Creuset but $150 less expensive. Well made and very heavy. Great on our induction cooktop. Skillet has a very rough texture which means wiping out with a paper towel is not possible. A little inconvenient, but workable. I love the handle for carrying liquid content. Silicone handle cover is very thick, makes holding and lifting much safer, and should last a very long time.

This Dutch oven and cast iron pan was a supper deal for me. When I cooked steaks in the pan, they came out so juicy and tender and the browning on them was so beautiful. They had a better taste then steaks cooked on the grill. I made vegetable beef soup in the Dutch oven with the leftover steak. It was so good. I really think that cooking in this Dutch oven gave it an extra flavor. I’m so happy with the quality of these products plus the price. I recommend this product to everyone. You’ll be just as pleased as I am.

I wanted to get this set before Christmas when it was on sale for $29 But it was sold out so when it became available again, I ordered it even though it was no longer on sale. The pot is great for cooking so many dishes, whether on the top of the stove or in the oven. It cleans up very easily which is a big plus. The only thing I have problems with is that it's really heavy. But then I'm 64 so it probably wouldn't be an issue for younger folks. I do love cooking with cast iron so I'm enjoying them immensely.

A heavy duty set. According to the package from the shipping company the whole package was 22 lbs and 10 ounces. Havent used the skillet yet (only got this for the dutch oven, but the skillet was a nice touch), but the dutch oven made some awesome Gumbo! Nice and large for the big families out there (or people that make a lot and freeze some for later)! Follow the instructions and hand wash it! The only minor complaint was I didnt like were there were no stay cool handles, but not enough to take a star off. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

As others have stated, this is a Tramontina branded set (it was not specified on the product details when I ordered). Very well-built, have only used the pan so far and it grilled my burgers beautifully on low heat. A little worried about the high maintenance cast iron will require, but we'll see how that turns out with time. The pot's plastic handle at the top is probably the cheapest-feeling bit.

Excellent sent for the price. Mainly purchased for the dutch oven and got exactly what I was looking for. The skillet I received was very rough which may be a negative for some. I have experience in restoring cast iron so a little elbow grease and a wire wheel on my drill helped smooth out the finish before reseasoning.

Great product..plan on seasoning the cast iron skillet...if you see orange dried substance it isnt rust...clean it out and proceed with seasoning process. It's going to require patience get ready for it.. price point is good but - you get what you pay for...js
