Member's Mark 600mg Omega-3 with 50mcg Vitamin D3 has a solid formula made with 100% wild Alaska Walleye Pollock, containing 600mg of Total Omega-3 Fatty Acids, 324 EPA to 216 DHA. It also includes 50 mcg (2000 IU) of Vitamin D3 which I've read facilitates a better overall absorption. I like how I need to only take one a day overall the low concentration fish oils where I had to take 3 soft gels a day. Since they're smooth textured gel capsules, they're generally not too difficult to swallow although they're a little on the large size. I appreciate that they added essential oils to cover up the fishy aftertaste. Over all, I like the concentration and the 100% wild Alaskan fish, and I especially like how I don't get the fishy aftertaste when I burp.

I like that each one is double dose so my bottle lasts longer and the added vitamin D has been an added bonus. This will be replacing my old fish oil supplement !

You won't even know you took this fish oil if you take it in the morning. You won't be burping up fish taste in your mouth all day. The only draw back to these capsules is the size. They didn't not bother me, but I can see how they may be too large for others to swallow. Other than that I would recommend! Also, I love the added benefit of the vitamin D.

I like because it doesn't leave a fish after taste, it's a capsule and has mint in it which is a plus. I will continue to take this supplement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used fish oil for quite some time and have had many experiences, but this one is great compared to so many others. First- I love the fact that it has Vit D3 with it. That reduces the number of different items I have to take. Second- The mint essential oil is a game changer. This completely masks the fishy flavor and, in fact, leaves a minty after taste for a while after I take it. The quality seems to be good, I have had no adverse side effects from this and no noticeable differences in health benefits from others I have taken.

There is no fishy aftertaste and you only need to take one a day. These supplements come from a well managed sustainable fishery. They are a pretty big gel tab but they go down easily for me. I love the easy dispensing bottle because you just flip the top and don't have to twist it. For someone who has carpal tunnel syndrome that is a big plus when it comes to bottles. I would recommend these supplements to anyone looking for a nice fish oil plus vitamin D3 . I would buy again.
