I feel like I'm doing something good for my heart, brain and body. I feel like the gel caps are a good delivery system and I feel like I'm doing something good for myself.

This particular brand is Member's Mark double strength Omega-3 ~ 600mg. from fish oil 1200mg. Includes 50mcg vitamin D3. This bottle has 200 pesco- vegetarian soft gels. No fishy aftertastes , USA wild Alaskan, heart & brain health benefits. You take 1 soft gel per day. USP verified & certified sustainable seafood MSC. I usually keep mine in fridge after opening. I love the fact that there are so many benefits from taking this product. I was told that I have dead cells in my eyes and that fish oil would help. I've been taking these for a few weeks now and I've noticed that my eyes do not dry out as much and I love it. I'm very pleased I also like the fact that it helps with my heart also I highly recommend this. It doesn't upset my stomach and it's easy to swallow.
