I couldn't take them long enough to achieve any benefits because the mint was overwhelming for me after taking and digestion. Outside of the mint I'm sure it's a great vitamin.

We tried Members Mark double strength fish oil with D3 and we love it. There is no fishy aftertaste like other brands. We love it.

They don't seem to have a fishy after taste which is always a plus. 100% wild caught fish and it says they extract the oil within 24 hours to keep everything fresh. They also make it a point that they don't over fish for ther product which is good to see.

This one is similar to most grocery and drugstore brands that I have taken. I don't like that it always leaves a fishy aftertaste which is why I prefer other brands.
