It had a minty taste on the outer casing made out of mint essential oils. There was no fish smell or taste. You just need to talk one soft gel a day and it supports heart and brain health. It has an easy flip top lid to get the gels out. The size of the soft gel was a little bigger but it wasn't hard to swallow.

Great for the heart and brain... They say! I don't really like the mint essential oil aftertaste, but then again I'd rather have this minty aftertaste than the fishy aftertaste. Amazing that 50 mcg Vitamin D3 in this product also. You know how D3 is very important.especially during the winter month and flu months. Last but not least... I don't like the fact that Tilapia fish is in this supplement. I have never eaten this fish.
