It's masked with a minty taste, which is preferred over nothing, but I'd prefer the supplements out there with the "burpless" distinction. I would not purchase these in the future.

Overall Omega 3 is good for a slew of reason and vitamin D3 is also considered healthy if you are not getting enough sun or during the winter months. This is a BIG container and there are a lot of vitamin pills.

After taking these supplements for the last 3 weeks I have noticed that my skin is softer and my dermatitis is not as bad. These pills don't leave a bad aftertaste and it is such a bonus to be able to have vitamin D added so I can combine pills and not have to take 2!
