I had purchased some for my Suburban and planned to keep the vehicle until the tires wore out. The vehicle wore out before the tires did. When my tires needed to be replaced on my next vehicle I did not hesitate to replace them with Michelin. I've got almost as many miles on them as I did on the original tires and they have shown very little wear.

This is the best tire on my vehicle! I bought my Volvo XC60 with Continentals on it, they were okay but got very noisy as they aged. While most tires do get louder with age, I got fed up and replaced them with Michelins that were supposedly specifically for Crossover vehicles. Those were quiet and comfortable but didn't last but 3 years. Now replacement time came again, and I really didn't like the choices for decent 'Crossover' tires especially for the prices and wear factor. Then I remembered back when I had my Land Rovers they both had the LTX tires. Those wore like iron, great traction in any weather, and never had vibration issues. I was delighted to see these were available for the Volvo. Now living in Florida I really had no concern about traction in the snow but, wet weather (we get some heavy rains) between the all wheel drive and these tires wet roads were almost as if they were dry. Handling was every bit as good as it ever was. I knew due to the blocky tread design they weren't going to be quiet, but to my surprise there was only a slight hum, and with the unibody construction of the Volvo noise transfer is very much a part of life. After having driven this for over a year with these tires, I wish I had put these on years ago. I'm sure these tires will outlast my ownership of the vehicle.

Always had luck with Michelin tires until I purchased 4 defender tires for my ram pickup. The loud whine is unbearable on blacktop roads. A little quieter on concrete but still loud. Unfortunately I waited longer than 30 days to return them.. seriously considering buying new tires even though only 2500 miles on these

The reliability of my Michelin LTX truck tires for my Ford 150 4x4 is nothing short of amazing. They are exposed daily to a very wide vareity of road conditions and hazards and never fail. The ride is remarkably smooth. A similar set of LTX on my wife's Chevy SUV has nearly 90,000 miles with a stunning amount of tread remaining and not one problem.

Knew what to expect. Went with what came on vehicle and I am glad I did. Quiet ride and and makes vehicle handle great. Without a doubt, Michelin makes the best tire. May be less expensive tire available, but you will not be sorry for choosing Michelin.

I have owned 3 Yukons over the past 15 yrs. I have shod them with Michelin LTX's every time. These tires are great, terrific wear and great traction. They ride great and rarely need rebalancing due to vibration and I am picky on wheel vibration. I have been so impressed by the LTX that when I traded for my last new Yukon I insisted the dealer replace the OEM tires wih my 20,000 mi old LTX's or the deal was off. They did. They may cost a bit more upfront but their long term performance offers greater cost benefit.

I have had these tires on my vehicle 7 years and they still wear and perform great. I spent over 20 years at a Ford Dealer in mgnt and when we had to have new tires pn something I always chose Michelin . So with my past experience I still carry on the tradition of using Michelin tires . Never change your product

Sometimes it takes awhile to realize there are products that paying alittle extra for up front return far greater value AND performance over the long term. Michelin LTX M/S - LTX M/S2 tires examplify that truth. After several sets of supposedly "quality" 6-ply tires for our Suburban used to pull our Airstream trailer and having a tread separate on the last set while towing at 55 mph on a very not day in northern California, we installed Michelin LTX M/S tires and have nothing but good things to say. First the Michelin tires DO NOT LOSS AIR PRESSURE between our trips like the previous "quality" tires did. Second the Michelin tires are more round AND required minimum wheel weights to balance. Thus the ride quality is far superior to the previous "quality" tires. Third even running the same 75 or 80 psi as done previousily with the other "quality" tires in the rears on the Suburban, the stability of the Michelin's is far superior. Bottom line, I have recommended Michelin to all that will listen in our Airstream group and many are making the switch as I did. FYI we recently purchased an Yukon XL to replace the aged Suburban with over 200,000 miles and had the new LTX M/S2's installed. On the drive home from the shop I could tell these are my favorite all season tires I have ever owned. There are quieter than I had hoped for, but I was surprised how much smoother the drive was, something I had not noticed in similar range tires that I have owned. The last time I felt the tires made a big difference was we with X-Ice tires.

The LTX M/S tires provide the greatest control for all-weather driving conditions to me. And, this is substantial since I drive a small truck. The rear-end is quite loose, especially when the roads have precipitation on them. The tires provide the traction that is needed for the city traffic which I have to endure. I would and have recommended Michelin tires to family and friends. Michelin has a life-time customer! Thanks for making such a great product!
