I bought these tires for the upcoming snow we were supposed to have. They worked great in the snow. I'm very pleased with the tires, and installation.

Immediately noticed a smoother and quieter ride when I switched to these Defender 2 tires. I have had great performance from Michelin Defender tires for several years while using them on my minivan. I we would highly recommend these tires.

Smoothest riding tire's I've ever purchased. Handles well too in all conditions. 70k tire life.

These are a little more expensive, but I have found that family that is depending on the tire is worth it. It was delivered faster than promised on the website.

Wet and Snow ❄️ traction was awesome this winter! We got a crazy 🤪 extra amount of Snow and Ice in Richmond, Virginia this year! I have got a lot better gas mileage with new tires also! Had gotten 89k out of old Michelin tires!

Excellent replacement tire of the same prior Defender LTX M/S model which lasted 80,500 with no service issues. Tires ride great, are quiet, and have excellent traction. Unfortunately, the manufacture date on the tires is 4423 which means the 44th week of 2023, so the new tires were actually 2 and one half years past their manufacture date when sold and installed.

Hands down, these are the best tires on the market for passenger vehicles. I've had these tires on 3 different vehicles now. 2 pickups and an SUV. Excellent traction, very smooth ride, and great durability. Provides confidence when on snow, ice, water or other slippery surfaces. Until one of these fails me prematurely, I will never put a different tire on any of my vehicles.

I used to use the LEGENDARY original LTX on my HD trucks. That tire was amazing in every way. This replacement not so much. Tire has about 45 to 50k miles on them and one is separating and the rest show substantial wear on edges and across treads. Will be searching for a new brand. Try new things win new prizes Michelin. You knew you had a winner with the original LTX.

Tires are excellent but the install was pathetic. Three tires were properly balanced, but the last tire had more than 17 wheel weights fitted, 180 degrees opposite each other, I have photos. No manager with tire experience available, a different technician rebalanced the tire using only a couple of ounces of stick on weight. Called Michelin customer service who called the store. Store lied to Michelin rep, said they ran out of one type of weights (no, all four had the same type) and my rim was bent. Rim wasn't bent when I pulled in, wasn't advised it was bent, allowed to leave with supposed bent rim (wasn't bent). Michelin rep did nothing but advised I could pay to have it rebalanced on my dime. These are good tires but the install was improper and the tech needs retrained. Tires are a safety issue!!! Never again will I purchase tires from Sam's Club.
