Simply the best

LTX A/T2 LOAD RANGE E; IS THE BEST TIRE I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. I have had them on my Chevy Duramax for 3 month's now with over 3,000 miles on them. At first i thought that they mite have some road hum to them, I WAS WRONG. There is none! I use my truck for a lot of thing's _towing_{up to a 32 ft. in closed car trailer}_snow plowing_,and hauling just about any thing. They have excellent traction+ stopping in rain, snow, and even ice. I have not lost any fuel consumption at all, and they ride excellent---- Things that are not great ?---" NOTHING"--- : JUST THE BEST:

On my 3rd set on 3 different vehicles

I have a set on my van, 2500 diesel and 1500. I couldn't be more happy. I had purchased a set of bf all terrains for my 2500 before these and they lasted 25k , the defenders have 65k on them and are still about 70 percent tread left. I will never go back to anything but Michelin, they are by far the best on the market for any make or model of vehicle. Also I run them all year round and find them just as good as snow tires on the trucks, I run x ice xi2 on the van and it is remarkable how good they are. I hope anyone that is trying to decide what to buy. Please spend a little more money and buy Michelins you will not regret it! Thank you Michelin for creating such a great product that I can trust and depend on every day.

Great Tires

Drove a 2014 CX-5 with Defender LTX M/S tires, went up 10 mils to 235 due to OEM tires being 225. Put 63,000 miles on the CX-5 with these tires and loved them. Traveled from northern Illinois to Florida (Naples) and Colorado (Winter Park) to visit family a few times, and many times up to Wisconsin for fishing or skiing. Perfect traction in snow, good solid ride, no hydroplaning in heavy rain. I do not trust the reviews I read about load tires and bad milage. Just traded the CX-5 in last week for a 2022 Rav4 XSE Hybrid. Picked it up on Saturday and had the comfort tires replaced with LTX M/S tires (again at plus 10 mils) on Monday. Better, more responsive and solid ride, and had a nice snowstorm on Thursday to really try them out. Great tires.

I drive 80k to 90k a year ...

I drive 80k to 90k a year towing/hauling from CA, to NV. in a company 3/4 ton truck. Michelin LTX tires gave me handling/braking whenever called upon, loaded or unloaded, If I was in the desert at 112 degree or 90 degree Ca. I felt secure driving on Michelen!

love the tires

I use my LTX M/S tire on my everyday truck and just love them traction is superb in all conditions and the road noise is almost non existent on these. The mileage on the tires is excellent as well and with proper rotation they run true for the life of the tire. The only con I can think of, is of course is the price on them but you get all that you pay for for sure. I have them on both of my trucks and just love them.

Great, long lasting SUV tire

This has been my choice of tires for my Grand Cherokee, which now has 211,000 miles on it; It is a solid tire, that combines great road gripping abilities with a very comfortable ride. On top of that, it gives me about 80,000 miles to a set. Recommended.

I'm in love with these ...

I'm in love with these 'truck" tires on my 1996 Cadillac (Fleetwood Broughm). No Michellin tires were on the recommended list by Michellin, so I had to make my own choice from the technical information given to me by Michellin. My driving is mostly on asphalt roads, but about 20% of is on rutted gravel in the North Carolina mountains, and I feel very safe driving on these heavy treads. Also, my mileage is excellent on highways, much beyond tires I drove on two changes prior. And, getting 60,000 miles on these tires is not bad either. Also, driving on rain slick roads puts me in the confident column; they hold well! Altogether, couldn't be better! Keep it up Michellin

Reliable and long lasting

This is my second set of Defender LTX M/S Tires. Stayed with this Michelin brand because of their reliability in all kinds of weather and the durability I have experienced during my (2) cross country trips. Reliability and durability equal safety which is important when it comes to my family.

Been traveling 12 states ...

Been traveling 12 states for 27 years. LTX radials are the only tire for me and my family. When it comes to comfort, handling and overall security your vehicle is only as good as the rubber that meets the road. I have taken all of my new cars straight to the Michelin dealer to have oe tires replaced with LTX. "Theres no ride like the Michelin Ride"

Amazing snow grip!

Two years ago after 32 inch snowfall I was the only one on the road besides the plow trucks. The day before, on my way home from work, the snow was coming down hard and I was headed for a 250 foot elevation hill climb. About halfway up, and around the bend, cars were in the ditch and blocking the road. I had to come to a complete stop on the steep incline. Whew, I didn't slide back down the hill. I put it in four-wheel-drive low expecting some slippage as I started moving again. Surprisingly no slippage whatsoever! I slalomed around the cars and pulled a couple out of the ditch and one up the hill to safety. Without a doubt I would purchase Michelin mud and snow tires again for my four-wheel-drive vehicle.
