I have purchased Michelin Tires since the 1970's, everytime I have thought... hmmm, wonder if there is a better tire and purchased another brand... I paid for it up the b.... I'm reading all the bad reviews, so I will set a baseline here & now. I will definetly be back if these tires don't live up to the warranty. But, I can say all my Michelin Tires from the past exceded the warranty, my other car, a Celica, the Michelins have out lasted the warranty. The ride for the last 6 days have been very nice so far, just like always.

This is the second set of LTX M/S tires we've owned. The first set lasted 105,000 miles and were replaced due to age not tire wear. After 105, 000 miles they still rode as smooth and performed flawlessly. The 2nd set is living up to the same expectations.

Put these LTX M/S tires on my Silverado and I love them. I have 40,000 miles on them and have over half the tread left. I take a 3500 mile trip each fall and the additional comfort I experience while on the road is amazing. I especially like the quiet ride. Here in Florida, they work especially well in the sand we deal with any time we are off the road. I highly recommend this tire and will replace them with the same M/S or the new M/S2 if they ever wear out.

After driving on Michelin LTXs for the past 12 years I can honestly say that no other tire comes close in wear, durability, traction, comfort, and minimal road noise. One time, I switched to a competitor's tire because it was rated higher in braking and in wet traction. That competitor's tire was rated for 60,000 miles and at 25,000 miles they had to be replaced due to wear. I have consistently gotten 60,000 miles out of a set of Michelin LTX's with rotations and balancing every 6,000-9,000 miles. There is no other tire manufacturer making a tire that is comparable to the LTX in longevity. The only area the LTX is slightly weak would be in muddy conditions, although driving in muddy condition is not an everyday occurrence. I will continue to buy Michelin LTX tires "because so much is riding on my tires". Thank you for making a superior product.

These tires are awesome. The traction is great. The do great in any type of weather. These tires have almost no road noise. They make my 2008 feel like newer car with the way tires handle. These tires are well worth the money that cost you wont be sorry u purchased them

I have ran the tires on multiple trucks and suvs. Primarily blacktop miles on back country roads and interstate. Excellent traction in rain and snow. Sticks to road with excellent mileage, usually 80,000 plus miles. Little costly but worth the investment. Tires will last twice as long as other brands.

In August 1994, I purchased a new 1994 Chevrolet C1500 Ext Cab truck with a set on Michelin XW4 tires In June 1997, I replaces orig XW4 w/ Michelin LTX MS / Odom reading of 50,571 In June 2002, I replaced w/ another set of Michelin LTX MS / Odom reading of 136,991 In October 2008, I replaced w/ another set of Michelin LTX MS / Odom reading of 243,813 In September 2012, I replaced w/ another set of Michelin LTX MS2 / Odom reading of 333,160 In December 2016, I replaced w/ a set of Michelin Defender LTX M/S / Odom reading of 409,784 I look forward to replacing next set around 500K. My set of Michelin LTX M/S 265x75x16R tires are far and away the best tires I have ever purchased. This was also the first full set of Michelin tires I have purchased and now I am a true believer. Wear and ride comfort are unmatched by any other tire I have owned.

I bought these tires for my Ford Edge base on recommendations from friends. So far I have been very happy with their performance. They ride great and are quiet. They have also performed well in the snow here in Michigan. We are so happy with the tires, we are looking at getting them for our Ford F150.

I have been driving and buying tires for over 50 yrs and these LTX M/S are by far the smoooothest riding tires I ever had. I could feel the difference in 2 blocks. I only have 200 miles on them so I have to wait and see how they last. I only give them 4 stars because I just bought them. They are NOT cheap but I think they will be worth it.
