I have been drinking single malts before they were the rage. I was a big fan of The Macallen for years until my friend gave me The Glenlevit 12 and I was hooked. I have made it my mission to try all The Glenlevit years and types. I. Doing well, I have bought and tried 11 so far. I thought the 25 would knock me out but did not....it was very good but I must say the 18 is my top pick by far. I may have mentioned it to Everyone I know so I’m good for birthdays and special occasions. I’ll keep trying what ever you come out with though.

This is my 'go to' Glenlivet for a special occasion. More flavor and deeper, more complex flavor than most. I keep some around to celebrate a special event, most particularly the opening of a new condominium, and a bringing home a trophy elk from a wilderness area mountain hunt. The only thing more special is the 21 year old I purchased when visiting the The Glenlivet in Scotland...

I've always enjoyed the original Glenlivet but the 18 year old is really something special.  Definitely worth the extra $, it is smoothe on the palate and has a warm finish.  This is our go-to spirit for a celebration toast.  

Im not a professional when it comes to Whisky but I enjoyed this one very much. Its has a smooth taste that is easy for most new whisky drinkers can enjoy. I would definitely purchase this again in the future.

The 18 is my go-to scotch. It's warm and inviting. Perfect by itself or with water or ice. It's what I keep around for myself and my friends to sip on.

It was so smooth! Vet strong oak and smoky flavor that I could not get enough of. Beautiful bottle! I look forward to trying the 20+ aged bottles as well! I think in the line of luxury scotch, this was on the more affordable range

Very nice scotch that can be sipped neat or with just a tad of a chill. It isn’t as Harvey and not learnt like Lagavulinwhich I can only drink during colder months of the year.

I'm more of a vodka drinker myself, however Glenlivet is very smooth. I didn't really know what to expect but it's definitely one you could put on ice and savor the taste. I'd prefer this over any other whiskeys.

At Christmas 2023 a close friend of mine was given a fifth of Glenlivet 18 by his son. Not being a Scotch drinker, he gifted it to me. It is by far the best I've every experienced and is now my "go too" single malt!
