The Glenlivet 18 year single malt Scotch is a perfect balance for its price. Other comparable scotches could easily be priced nearly double of this one. Personally, I enjoy bourbons over scotches. But I thoroughly enjoyed Glenlivet's 18 year. It was smooth, just the right amount of smokiness from the barrel. Would recommend.

Originally bought a bottle of this for my Dad's birthday, but ended up buying another just for myself. It's an excellent 18 year old single malt Scotch whisky with an excellent well-rounded taste. It was a great gift not only for my Dad but also for myself. One of the bottles that I'll keep going back to.

Glenlivet 18 years old wasn't bad purchase. It has a good variety of aromas and smooth start so enjoyable to drink. However compared to others in it's price range I don't know it it's worth it. Hence I knocked off one star. Kind of soapy finish too.

I've often been skeptical that the added cost of an 18 year (2.5 times) is justified over the 12 year. In comparing the two, the answer is an overwhelming yes. This is one of the most pleasant scotches I have ever tried, especially neat. I cannot see how someone could go wrong by adding this to their collection. Although I did not pick up on the citrus notes, the florals and grasses were there leaving a clean lingering want for more on the palate.

I am new to this influenster, so to give my opinion I would have to try the products first although this brand seems to me to be very good and I would love to try the product and thus give it the go-ahead and promote it on my social networks. I definitely want to try it.

Received this as a gift for my birthday, and really like it. Im not a big whiskey sipper, but this is very smooth and enjoyable. Im not sure about the price tag since it was gifted to me, but I do like it enough to purchase a bottle when I finish this one.

As I am not enamoured with the older (25+) single malts and their peaty finish, the 18 yr Glenlivet is sublime. A pure taste of the malt and all that goes into the ultimate whiskey. And never disappoints. I've been drinking this for well over 40 years now, and while I also like American bourbon, well, Glenlivet 18 is the special occasion preferred. Slainte m'hath!

This is my 'go to' Glenlivet for a special occasion. More flavor and deeper, more complex flavor than most. I keep some around to celebrate a special event, most particularly the opening of a new condominium, and a bringing home a trophy elk from a wilderness area mountain hunt.
