[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product before and it works! Living in PA I find that Kentucky Bluegrass and Tall fescue grass work the best. Already planted the seeds and will water daily. Looking for sprouts of grass in about two weeks! Definitely would recommend!

Pathetic. Purchased in Wichita, KAN. The seed was put down with a verticutter and starter fertilizer in new topsoil and watered TWICE a day. You can see the "results" in the photos, which were taken 3 weeks after planting. I spent $280 between the seed and verticutter rental. Absolute waste of my time. I have had previous success on this exact lawn with more expensive K31 seed. This is what I get for trying to save a few bucks.

I was happy as I had a patch of dirt which was mostly Tennessee clay dirt I needed to get grass to grow. I raked the dirt and spread the seed. I water it twice a day when it didn't rain and the grass actually grew!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seed pack was very easy to spread on the areas I wanted and I have noticed that a week after planting that the seeds have started growing very nicely. I made sure I watered the area enough to get them going. They are making a good progress so far so I do expect over time it will create a beautiful bright lawn after seeing how well it sprouted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pennington Kentucky 31 Fescue makes for a thick, green, pretty lawn. The packaging had a nice coated bag, which protected the seeds from the elements until we were ready to use it. The seed is a higher quality compared to others and in my experience, has a higher germination rate. We were super excited to be a part of this Influenster campaign!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know much about grass seed, but our dirt is very clay-like and keeping a nice, green lawn is always difficult. We had already decided to seed the yard this year in hopes of growing new, thick grass. It's been about a week since we put it down and I'm already seeing new sprouts of growth, so I'm very hopeful that the patch we tested it on will be beautiful and lush in no time. My boyfriend did say that the seed looks perfect and he has very high hopes that it will continue to grow and give him the lawn of his dreams.
