[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate how easy this was to use. I used the Pennington Kentucky 31 Tall Fescue bag and it grew quite well. I have had recent heat roll in and some areas have dried out more than others but still overall great.

I didn't take out the old lawn and start from scratch, I just used a metal rake and loosen the soil, scattering the new seeds.. with a little time and care, my lawn is back to life! Beautiful and green, fresh & young... my home finally feels complete and doesn't stand out in the neighborhood as the home with the dead lawn! I highly recommend Kentucky 31 Tall Fescue if you are looking for a fresh new lawn!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know who loved this lawn seed more, me or my hubs lol. We sprinkled this just in time for the rains to really give it a good soaking. We had some giant brown patches and dead grass but our lawn looks so luscious and refreshed after using this !! It did take some time to see the difference but we were also in a battle with the local birds who thought we'd distributed the grass seeds solely for them to eat lol.. The price for what you get is absolutely unmatched. We will definitely be purchasing this again as needed.

I spread quite generously in several areas and watered as instructed to keep seed moist and much of it did sprout and looks good but significant amount seems not to have after over 2+ weeks so concerned I will have to reseed some slightly bare areas. Just a bit of disappointment so why 1 less star.

Disappointed in this seed. Seeded, covered lightly with straw (to protect from wind) and sprinkled daily, yet maybe three blades per square foot have germinated.
