Quiet ride.

I bought this tire almost exclusively for how quiet it runs. I don't like a lot of road noise and I replaced a Pirelli runflat which came with my Mercedes' which was very harsh and noisy, with the Michelin tire. I've used Michelin tires for the last 40 years.

I don't know what to look for in a tire but...

I bought my EXL trim new in 2014. It came with the primacy MXM4. My 1 1/2 year journey with these tires have been better than I'm used to. I love traveling so these wheels have been to the mountains of CO to the sands of FL. Everyone loves the drive of my car so maybe these tires are the reason.

PERFECTO!!

This is the second set of this particular tires that I have owned. The first set were on my first, brand new 2007 Acura TSX and the performance these tires showed just couldn't be compared to any other brands. I refused to put any other tire on that car other than these. I just last month purchased a 2016 Acura RDX and it already came stock with this brand and model of tire on it and I was sooooo happy about that because I knew I had a good set of tires on this vehicle. My wife went on a road trip and she was happy about how quiet and smooth the ride was. Then I went on a road trip and I certainly didn't have to guess how well that went!!!

I give that tire a 5/10 evaluation

I bought three years ago a Honda Accord Sport 2.0. I did all the maintenance at Honda dealer, which included tire pressure checking and tire rotation. Last week I did the 20,000 miles maintenance, but yesterday in the route Miami-Gainsvile, 220 miles distance, one front tire was irremediable flat and I realized it was abnormally worn out.

Isidro G, we're sorry to read of a tire problem. We'd recommend a tire inspection from an authorized Michelin retailer. One of our team members will be in touch to initiate a warranty claim.

Great tire and very quiet

I have always had Michelin tires for my cars because of comfort of ride. Mercedes have been know to be rough on tires especially if you drive hard. That being said, these tires wear very well and feel great on the road.you can’t say that for other tire companies. I own 3 older Mercedes ,but will always have Michelin tires on them.

GREAT TIRE!!!!

I have had the Primacy tires on my cadillas CTS for about a month now and I absolutely LOVE them. I feel like I have a brand new car. I debated on whether or not to stay with the Original Equipment Pilot tire and decided to try the Primacy and I am very pleased. Super smooth ride, great handling and better gas mileage so far for me. I liked the Pilot's and got 65000 miles out of them and so far I like the Primacy's better and sure hope to get a lot of miles out of them also.

Very Low Mileage

I bought a 2018 NIRO with Michelin MXM4 Primacy tires that came with the car. I now have only 22,200 miles on the car/tires, and I am be told by the dealer that I should think about replacing them already. That is not very good mileage for a premium Michelin tire! What is up with that? I drive 50/50 HWY/City. I drive an economical car, and my driving is the same, I am not hard on vehicles. I bought the car brand new February 2018 and I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, very disappointing in the mileage that I have gotten out of these Michelin Primacy tires.

We understand the Primacy MXM4 tires on your 2018 NIRO did not meet your expectation in terms of mileage. A member of our Consumer Care team will be in contact with you. You may also reach our office at 1-866-866-6605.

First time ever looking for an alternative to Michelin

2/ instead of making claims that your tires are still safe which is questionable why not simply make them so they actually have tread remaining that not only looks safe but will pass a government inspection even remotely close to your claim. Or, simply stop making the high mileage claims that you do. If anyone has actually clocked 90 km on these tires, please post it on here...I’d love to hear about it. I’m 55 years old, driving an AWD suv so not a drifter or street racer, just an ordinary user.

Sjcoelho

I put them on my 2009 V.W Jetta TDI, and I noticed a huge improvement form my MXV4 S8 factory tires. Performance being number one then fuel economy bumped up 4.5 miles per gallon. the ride is out of this world as far as quite, the roads around these parts are as rough as the people who drive on them and I wouldn't ride on any thing but a Michelin. All my cars have summer and winter Michelin Tires.

Never Worry about Traction

There has never been a worry driving on these tires. They are excellent on wet or dry conditions. There is occasion when they are driven in heavy snow conditions and they do okay knowing they are not winter tires. At 32,000+ they are still going strong.
