I just had a bag delivered yesterday and over 1/2 the bag was rotten. This is the 2nd time I received bad apples!

The honey-crisp apples absorbed the plastic chemical smell from their bag. I washed it twice and when I took a bite, I could taste the plastic in the peeling. So I tried peeling it. Still tasted like plastic chemicals all the way through.

These apples are huge! They have a wonderful flavor, they always are in fabulous condition (no big bruises) and they last a very long time on my counter. I like to use these for pies and for making German Apple Cake. I highly recommend these apples.

I love Honeycrisps and splurged the $6+ to get a bag of these. Very disappointed. The only good thing I can say about them is they are crisp and juicy. I am not a baker and do not have the time to peel and artificially sweeten them. I shoved them in the back of my frig., but will likely throw them out.
