These apples I bought from Sam's were not crispy as I thought. I love Honey crisp because they are crispy but these are soft like a normal red delicious. Every time I try and give Sam's Club a chance with produce the taste and texture is horrible.

1st time we bought apples were definitely 5 star but this time they were terrible! 2 apples worth eating others soft and bruised. will pass on buying again

We quite often buy apples at Sam’s club. Unfortunately this particular bag was not that great. There were a lot of brown spots and the apples were not sweet and crisp and they usually are.

I purchased these apples once before and they were delicious. Recently I purchased another bag and they tasted terrible. There was a nasty, almost chemical taste to them. I will never buy these again from Sam's.

Second time in two months that I had to return due to rotten/bruised apples (did order pickup). 50% of the bag were bruised beyond use, and one was so damaged it had leaked over the others and made everything sticky. Only 5 apples were salvageable. If you go in the store, there are usually some good bags. Sam's needs to teach their shoppers how to pick the best produce for pick up like Smiths/Kroger does, or they will continue to have to refund orders.

They are large, fresh and sweet. They go well with some natural peanut butter. If they were only organic it would be even better. I'm just glad they are consistently good. We've thrown out a lot of bad tasting apples from other brands in the past.
