Disappointed because it fell short of the specs. Never got above 13 MPH and averages 10 to 11 MPH, and was only able to 7 miles +/- on a single charge.

took it with me on vacation. small and very portable. great fun riding around the rv park. very fast and easy to operate. only problem is the tires need to be pumped up often.

Bought this a while back. Love it. Wish it went faster only around 15-16 mph maybe 18 can’t remember I put it up for the winter. Battery life is decent could be a little better.

Way too weak for heavy guy like me( 285 lb), doesn't even get 5 miles from one charging. Maybe works perfectly fine for a skinny guy. Not for me. Very disappointed with this scooter

The tires did not last a month, I had to change the battery, the back fender was damaged. Sometimes it does not turn on. It has been the worst thing I have bought and since I do not live in the USA they do not offer me a guarantee.

There is an issue with the back wheel, after riding for about 10 min, the wheel became very hot, the temperature create a deformation on the rubber of the wheel. The brake it’s OK, it’s something wrong with the electric motor....

My kids love it they can fly on it. I weigh 199lbs and it is so slow. We have two so I’m pretty sure it isn’t just an anomaly. Sad for me...but good for the kids. I would have bought myself one of I could keep up with them.

I bought this for my son for college, he goes to a large school and has some later night meetings. It has been so reliable and helpful and he loves it!! Thank you for making a high quality product!

The Scooter design is awesome however it doesn't get anywhere near the speed it says it will do. The front tire will not stay inflated and sometimes it just stops working for no reason when it's fully charged. If you have any ideas please HELP!!!

I have ridden elite 5 for 168 miles & around 150mi it started doing crazy stuff like shorting out in middle of ride and Not chargi g or responding to power on button So Frustrating!!! "so I NOW HAVE TO CALL SUPPORT.
