Great chair in everything described. The most comfortable office chair that I have ever purchased. The price was without a doubt perfect for the quality of the chair.

Like many of the others, I bought this chair once it went on sale. Unlike the others, I had no trouble assembling it by myself, everything fit as it should, instructions are clear, and it's very solid. I'm 6 feet, 205 lbs, and now work from home sitting at a computer 9-10 hours a day. Its very comfortable and supportive, no more back and butt pain. Only had it a few weeks, but love the chair so far, would absolutely buy it again.

My chair arrived about a week and a half ago. My teenage son wanted to put it together and he did so with no issues at all. The chair went together easily and the instructions were easy to follow. The chair is comfortable to sit in for several hours of gaming at a time with no complaints. There is a good amount of lumbar support and the seat cushion remains comfortable even after hours of sitting in the same spot. The adjustable arms are a nice feature, allowing them to sit at the right height but also not constantly hit the desk. The chair looks and feels very high quality. I'm really happy with this purchase!

I bought the white version of this chair and it looks amazing!!! Firm yet comfortable. I’m using it as a home office chair. Try to leave the bubble wrapping on the seat during the assembly. The instructions ask you to lay the seat upside down on the box it came in, but the black ink on the box was rubbing off onto my seat as I struggled to assemble the arms onto the chair. Which brings me to the arms. They didn’t slide all the way into place during the assembly. I thought it was a defect. There was about a quarter inch gap from being mounted flush into the back frame. I called the manufacturer and was informed it was normal. Just follow the instructions. As you tighten the arm bolts, the arms will also slide into place.

The chair has a very wide seat. I am 5’3” 200 it feels like the chair is too big for me in width & length from the seat to the headrest. It has a firm seat, the lower back support is perfect, the up & down seat adjustment is great but this & the reclined adjustment handles both stick on occasion not allowing any movement. Maybe I need to oil the parts. I'm not a fan of the adjustable arm supports. I would rather they flipped up or down. All in all this could be a perfect chair for the right person as the quality of material & sturdiness are both very good.

I bought this chair a week ago. I love the look, back, headrest. The seat is unusable hard. Right now I have a towel on the seat so I can make it though the day until I have time to return the chair. The Arms have a raised lip around the edge that digs into your arm. Everything is forgivable except the seat being so hard. Not Sam's fault but the Arm wrests had creases from shipping. The plastic piece at back of chair was broken. All is forgivable except the horribly uncomfortable chair. I so much want to love this chair because of how it looks. Its just unsittable.

Well built chair, but very uncomfortable. Seat padding is thin and lumbar support is uncomfortable and not removeable. The chair hurt my hips and lower back, thought it was just me and my wife tried out the chair for a while and she complained of hip pain after short time of sitting in it.

Bought this chair back in September and am still waiting from Sams to process the return. Chair is not very comfortable and is bulky. It was easy to assemble tho... I keep trying to chat and call customer support but no one ever follows up on the return. Buyers beware!

Don't buy it. This is not a comfortable chair. There are better chairs at your local office supply store or elsewhere. There is NO SAVINGS on this chair, other than shipping if you are a plus member. I wish I didn't buy this one. It's cheap and very uncomfortable.

Inferior quality. And Sam's does not honor the return policy for this item, which is written in both the "About this item" section and on the bottom in the Q&A section. I bought this chair during Black Friday 2022. At the time, we already had a chair that we were using, but it was getting old and the wheels were sometimes stuck. So because this one was on sale and the return policy says it could be returned at anytime, I thought it was a great idea to have as a backup chair in case our current one quits. Well, I finally put this chair to use over the summer, and liked it quite a bit. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, one morning I went to sit on it, and noticed the leather was split where the arm rest is. I went online to set up the return and it says the item is not returnable. I contacted chat support, and was told the "item is already out of the return window already". I told her the policy says the item can be returned at anytime, but all she could tell me was sorry because the system gave her no option to process the return. I spoke to a supervisor, and she acknowledged seeing the return policy on the item's detail page, which said it could be returned at anytime. But then tried to refer me to the 90 days return policy where the list the exceptions for electronics. I told her the 90 days policy had nothing to do with furniture or gaming chairs. The policy that should apply to this item is the one specific to this item right on the item's page, and the same policy is also confirmed by a Sam's Club agent in the Q&A section. So what Sam's is doing it bait and switch. They said it could be returned at anytime so customers who are unsure or not in immediate need like myself will buy, but then after we buy, they will not honor that same written policy that swayed us to buy in the first place. I told her if they had put 90 days in the return policy for this item, then I would not have bought it as a backup. I would have waited until I actually needed it just in case it doesn't work out. So now, I am stuck with an expensive chair of inferior quality, and a broken promise from one of the largest retailers. For reference, I am a petite woman and all I do is sit in the chair a couple of hours a day. I have had chairs that were 1/3 of this price and never had any cosmetic issues after years of use. This one is expensive, yet already falling apart after light use in less than a year. So please beware. It looks beautiful, but it will not last. And Sam's Club will not honor their own written return policy.
