Just got into bourbon earlier this year at the age of 52. As a new hobby, I have now tried many at all price levels—none of them compare to Wild Turkey 101 or the excellent Wild Turkey 8 neat—and Rare Breed is unchallenged as the best higher proof bourbon for my pallet. Simply Delicious! Jimmy Russell and family do it best!! Don’t change a thing!! Just bring is more offerings to enjoy! Fan for life!

I just purchased Wild Turkey 101 8yrs. It is really one of the best wild turkey bourbons i have had. A truly great bourbon. To really enjoy this drink i let it linger in my mouth. I pour a double shot with one ice cube and sit back and enjoy. The taste is full body with an ending sweetness.

Great price at a little over $18 I used it to make hot toddies.. but its also a good straight bourbon. Not for everybody when had neat but if you know you know.

I like all Wild Turkey spirits, but Wild Turkey 101 bourbon is my favorite. Regardless of its modest selling price, it is my favorite. I've tried dozens of other bourbons, most much more expensive, but I still keep coming back to this. Unfortunately, I feel the company does a poor job of marketing and merchandizing its products.

Priced much better than other local sellers, this is a good mixer with eggnog, etc. and honestly a decent sipper if you don't like spending $40+ on a fifth.
