I'm 50 yrs old and have lifted weights to help stay in shape since I was a teenager. This is one of the best products I've ever added to my home gym. Being able to change weights for different exercises without removing collors and plates is a great time saver. I also really enjoyed the CD demonstating exercises and techniques, which would really be helpful to someone who hasn't lifted much before.

Great product for someone that wants the versatility of different weights without having to store a bunch of different pieces. Just beware if you are purchasing as a gift it is shipped in packaging that displays the content of the package. Christmas suprise ruined but he liked the gift nonetheless.

Overall very happy with them! Allows you to have a wide range of weights without taking up lots of space. Does require some extra time to change the weight in between sets so if you are trying to love fast and keep up while changing out the amount of weight it can be challenging but overall very happy!

These weights will help you keep a low inventory of dumbbells in your home. They work great, super fast to change weight when doing super sets. Very well made, best value I've found after researching these at numerous locations. Shipping was very fast!

I am use to dumbbells from the gym and these seem to be a little bulky to work out with, but I am getting the hang of them. I guess I am just picky and want the best of both worlds. Believe me I don't have the room for a big set and these are doing the job.

Love the flexibility of selecting the weight to lift! Also, the handles can be handled without workout gloves and the weight casing is adequate to keep them from rolling all over the floor when being stored. Lastly, it was nice to find weights that offered 50(+) pounds per dumbbell!!

Description of the item stated that the dumbbells come with a free one year membership to the app that has workouts available. However, it doesn't. I've contacted Sam's club and sent the screenshot with no help. This was the main reason that I purchased from Sam's club instead of competitors. Disappointed.

I have been using this product for a few weeks and it is wonderful. I am active an keep these in my trailer for weekend/holiday use and they're perfect, use little room and have all I need to stay toned. Product is robust and flawless in it's design. My two beefs are 1) the $50 delivery charge because it's a heavy product 2) the fact they were delivered to my home one week after the delivery date posted. For $50 they should have been on time or earlier whether I live within Ottawa or not!

So far, these are everything I wanted. Do your research and understand that they are larger than individual dumbbells, so some exercises may need to be modified. Also, they will not tolerate abuse. Not a problem, if you know that from the beginning, and you take care of your equipment. Don't drop them, set them down carefully. For me, not a problem, I'm inside my home when I exercise anyway.
