I am very happy with this product. I am a father of 3 and it was hard to make time to go to the gym to exercise. I also could not afford to buy multiple dumbbells. The adjustable dumbbells are easy to adjust and cover multiple weights from 5 lbs to 52.5 lbs. Its great that I can exercise in my own living room while also watching kids. Yes I may have to upgrade to the heavier set eventually, but for the most part these have all the weight you need.

From the moment I opened the package I knew I had a great product. It is simple to adjust the weight and saves a ton of space in my workout room. I didn't want to spend a fortune to buy individual dumbbells so I knew this would have been the answer that I was looking for and I was correct. Way to go Bowflex, another quality product!

Solid Dumbell Set. The versatility of this dumbbell set makes it easy to store, especially if you have a small area to work with. Switching from one weight to another is easy and reliable. I have them placed on a small table just below waist level to make it easy to grab. The fractional increments make it very easy for men or women to use the SelectTech. The down side, is that the dumbbells are wide and you have to turn the weight 90°, should you be doing a seated chest press, for example. All said, bow flex makes the beat adjustable dumbbell set on the market now. One more note, I bought this set pre-Covid and so my price was much better. (299) good luck if you can find the same price or better.

When they dropped the price on the I knew it was a great deal. A complete set of dumbbells up to 50# was perfect for me. A bit on the bulky side when it comes to some exercises but that's ok when you get a whole set that is easy to adjust between weights.

Got these because my apartment complex gym doesn't have free weights. The gym I usually go to is so overcrowded so now I do free weights in my apartment and everything else in my complex gym. Great time saver and now I work out to my schedule, not everyone else around the gym.

Great value. Well made. The only concern I might mention is that they are rather long. Some people might find that the dumbbells touch their thigh when doing seated curls, standing lateral raises, etc... But this is a minor issue . Otherwise they are fantastic.

Great build and practical to use. I love using these weights for my morning workouts. Switching lbs is easy, and oddly satisfying (i love hearing it click when shifting gears.) Its a big chunk of change up front, but range of workouts it enables is priceless.

So far, these are everything I wanted. Do your research and understand that they are larger than individual dumbbells, so some exercises may need to be modified. Also, they will not tolerate abuse. Not a problem, if you know that from the beginning, and you take care of your equipment. Don't drop them, set them down carefully. For me, not a problem, I'm inside my home when I exercise anyway.

I had been wanting these weights for a year, but did not buy because of the price. I had the weights with plates at home, the ones with a bolt at the end that you have to take off and put back on every time you want to change weight. These are definitely a space saver compared to what I had before. I did my first work out today, and was able to move a lot quicker through my program with these weights. I really like all of the selections for how much weight you want to use. The handbook even gives you tips on using different weight to build different muscles. The weights come with a DVD with work-outs.

Five stars covers all. I couldn't imagine these being any better. So glad I did this instead of buying a full set. The only possible downside is that I will have to buy the bigger set soon this I love working out with these so much that I am getting bigger after 3 days :)
