I've used spin collar dumbbells for years.. Switching to these has decreased my wrk out time by at least 15 mins.. Extremely convenient not having to switch plates out manually and not having to spin those collars on and off is the difference between frustration and added motivation!!

Product was delivered as promised. The dumbbells were a breeze to set up. The reason I bought them was their ability to quickly and easily select new weights, and this process is quick and easy. I also recommend buying the bowflex stand (or some sort of stand) to hold these weights, as it will be much easier to set and select your weights.

You will not find a better price. They cost $399 on the Bowflex website. Love these dumbbells. My husband and I both use them. They are so each to use and very easy on the hands. I am just starting to exercise again and they are truly amazing. I would highly recommend this to everyone. It was such a heavy box. I am so glad that we had them delivered to our home. It would have been a pain picking them up and loading them in the car. It cost $3.00 to ship. That's a no-brainer!

I purchased this product because of the need for a quick-change, compact weight set. After reading both good and less-than-good reviews, I decided to take the plunge. The set seemed to be of high quality and addressed my needs. The primary complaints from others were of broken or damaged weights/parts do to drops. Common sense should prevail when major parts are constructed of plastic or composites. Overall, with due diligences this should prove to be a product of longevity (hope). Just heed the warnings and don't haphazardly drop a $300 pair of dumbells.

this product cleaned up four sets of dumbbells sitting along my fireplace. now without the clutter I feel more organized. Thier easy to use, I feel a lot more in control with the bowflex then with the others. Nice and easy to change the weight, rather then taking off collars and adding more or less weight. Would highly recommend this product.

The dumbbells are great for saving space and the convenience of being able to change the weight at the turn of the dials. The only not so good thing is that they are big and some exercises are a little awkward, because of their size. Overall I use them 3 -4 times a week and I love them. Money well spent.

Finally broke down and bought these after years of dealing with taking plates on and off and worrying about them getting loose mid workout. These are easy to adjust, very comfortable to use and good quality. Only minor issue is they are on the bulky side and you have to move their base to wherever you are working out if you plan on changing the weights, but it's very minor problem at least for me

Not sure how much weights should cost, thus the '3' for Value. Dumbbells work well, easy and smooth to adjust the amount of weight. Unit is a little longer than a fixed unit, but doesn't really get in the way. DVD is a huge bonus, showing and emphasizing good techniqe for each excercise. Downside of DVD, is that there is no 'starter' program, with a recommended set of excercises. Book does have some instruction too. Happy with the purchase, can't see how shipping cost of 97 cents covered 104 lbs. but not complaining. We are consdiering the adjustable bench/seat shown in the Video too.

I work a lot and unfortunately don't have 2-3 hours a day to spend on the entire process too and from the gym. So I ordered these - I get my work outs in while I'm working from my studio in between meetings and conf calls..sometimes even during them - I love it.

These weights are just what I was looking for. Taking the place of an insane amount of free weight dumbells, these compact and easy to use dumbells are amazing. The amout of different excercises and the easy of switching weights not only allows for a better work out, but also saves time as well. I would recommend this to anyone lookgin for great value and a great product.
