Worth the investment! I would have given these five stars but the only slight point it that they are bulky for lower weights. However, I would 100% purchase again! I love the fact I can just adjust the weight for each type of exercise and also have the larger weights as my strength increases. So easy to use and take up little space!

I purchased the SelectTech 552s as an addition to my existing home gym equipment. These, in addition to an adjustable bench, are the only things you'll need for an excellent total body workout. They actually arrived a day early, and the price at Walmart.com is $50 less than the price from the bowflex site. 100% satisfied with this purchase!!

Though I live in Indiana, for the past year and a half, I've been working with Catalyst Remote Training out of Houston, which has me in the best shape of my life and whose workouts utilize a lot of dumbbell exercises. Normally, this meant quite a bit of switching weights, which slowed things down a bit, so I had wanted a set of Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells for quite some time, mainly for the ease of use. I've had them for a couple of weeks now, and they're great. They allow me to go from exercise to exercise with a few clicks to change weights, so now, not only are the workout plans great, the equipment I have enhances the experience.

After researching different dumbbells and reading great reviews for this brand, I saved up money to buy them. I have been very happy with these dumbbells. It is very easy to dial in the weight needed. I like that I have so many weight options with a single set of dumbbells.

I have been getting stronger and was needing several sets of new dumbbells. Knowing they are about $1 a pound and space is a premium I looked into these adjustable ones that would cover me pretty much forever. I qualified for free shipping that was a bonus. But even better than that was that they arrived in 2 days, just like they would have from the competitor that starts with A, but Walmart's price was better. It was a good thing that my husband was there to help the poor Fed Ex lady as they are packed in one box so over 100lbs. I have been using them for several weeks now. They are solid, and the weights are easily dialed to your desired weight to move through your workout. I will eventually get the stand as the bending to the floor is a bit of a drag. The *only* issue I have had is that the weights are much longer than a normal dumbell. For some, especially men I would think that may not be a problem. I have come across some moves that for me are hard to do without hitting the weights together doing the move. (eg a military press) Or putting them on my shoulders for squats where normal dumbells will sit on them, these the grip part is too narrow. But it's not at all a deal breaker I either adjust or just am careful. A great value if you are serious about weights as part of your exercise program.

Been wanting a set of dumbbells to do workouts at home because I work to late to go to a gym. The money for a full set of dumbbells from 5-50pds was close to $450 dollars. These Bowflex 552 take up a small amount of space, easy for quick weight selection, and honestly look pretty cool! Ordering off line was a breeze and was convenient cost considering that they have free shipping to your local walmart for pickup! At other sporting good stores, the same exact dumbbells range from $360-$399 so you save almost a $100 by buying them off walmart.com. If you're serious about getting some dumbbells for P90X or quick tempo workouts, then I highly recommend these SelectTechs!!!

these are really nice if your limited on space like me they work real well a little pricey but you get what you pay for and there safe and solid

i just received this about a week ago and love it. i did receive the Black Friday price although i saw it posted for $20 less the previous friday, although i think it was a mistake because it only lasted for a few hours. the only way it didn't meet my expectation is that the product description indicates 2.5 lb. increments which is true but only up to 25 lbs. beyond that you have to dial in 30 lb. on one side of the bar and 25 lb. on the other side to average out to 27.5 lb. but then the center of gravity changes and the bar feels a little awkward to handle. if 2.5 lb. increments aren't important to you then you won't have a problem. otherwise this is an awesome product.

I am very pleased with the Bowflex product. Read a ton of reviews before I purchased them. I even went to another box store to test them out. Warranty was easy to fill out and register. Where I was disappointed is on the walmart web sight it gave me a option to have a delivery date. That was not truly the date and I paid a very small amount of money ($2.43) for what I thought was speeding up my delivery date. The date shown was when the order was going to be processed, not delivered. What was really disappointing is that four or five days later it was delivered and left on my side walk in the rain. I don't know if there is a policy with Fed-Ex not going up two stairs and six feet to a covered area, but it would have been appreciated. On a positive note the price was very competitive with Amazon and Local retailer. If you have choices on delivery options be very leery.
