The bananas were bought green, so I gave them a few days to ripen, when I went to eat one that was some ripe, it was still a little green but mostly yellow, I peel it back and the banana was mush… I didn't understand the Process but needless to say I WILL NOT be buying any more from the store as much as I love Sams🙁

Usually purchase 2 sets of bananas, they usually ripen well I'm eating one set that I choose a little more yellow. The other set is more green waiting to ripen. This time while I ate the first set the second set ripened too quickly. Great for bread pudding or something to be cooked.

Nicely wrapped, tasted just like Bananas. Skin peeled with ease and they were fairly easy to cut, tho I did slightly nick my finger in the process, most likely caused by the banana curvature. The color appeared mostly similar to others I have purchased with a minor brown spot where someone must have test squeezed them.

The bananas selection at my Sams Clib is hit or miss with some days nothing but green bananas and other days nearly rotten bananas. This inconsistency cost them sales because I look at the banana every time I go to the local Sams club! I buy about 50% of the time I look!

Bought sight unseen Using online ordering with curbside pickup : a godsend being as handicapped as I am. "Underripe" : maybe by a day or two but as the days passed the shrinking bunch remained bruise free and continually delicious 'till the end. Ten stars !

These are bananas, normally found in the store green, but magically they turn yellow, then black. What i don't like is no matter how many bananas i purchase at least 2 will turn that magic black. I buy 3 bananas my kid eats 1 and 2 turn black, 10 bananas and my kid eats 8 and 2 turn black. I guess buying 3lbs at a time is better statistically.

My order was cancelled after checking in because the person bringing out orders confused mine with another & said that they had discussed cancelling the order in the parking lot. When I called to ask why I received a text that my order was cancelled, I was told the person couldn't find me in the car and also that they had discussed cancelling the order with me at the car. Obviously the person was lying to have 2 totally different stories. THAT WAS NOT ME!! When I explained that the person was mistaken, I was told the order was cancelled and there's no way to reinstate it so I would have to enter the store to purchase my items. I explained that I'm handicapped and that's why I use the curbside pickup but this didn't change anything.

Why I continue to buy bananas at Sam's is beyond me. They're always very green and turn very brown quickly once the ripening window begins. If you don't plan perfectly, these end up in the freezer for flavoring and there are only so many things to use them for. I understand that bananas come from afar but there must be a way of having them taste like a real, flavorful and ripe banana for more than a day or two window without even more chemicals.

Eww. These were green green. We thought that would be ok and we'll just wait until they yellow up a bit. They never did. They got this weird color and then looked like they were beaten. They weren't too gross on the inside but definitely not good bananas

These bananas were green one day and soft and mushy in two days. Brown and mushy .
