2 of the bananas were busted open when I received them. I called the store and they said I could only return them unless I came into the store. That's the whole purpose of ordering online. I don't want to come into the store

We were given still really green bananas that we're not able to eat and just toss them in the trash. We waited for almost a week for the bananas to ripen but maybe bananas were harvested while not that mature yet so they didn't taste good.
