Too often they ripen before you can eat them. Or they are so ripe I give them to a friend for banana bread

I am always skeptical of buying produce sight unseen but these were beautiful to behold, no bruising and not over ripe

It takes just a little while for them to ripen, but are good. I HAVE to share with my dog....so she says...

These seem to go from green to overripe way too quickly. They are nicely sized, and taste good. I just can't make that much banana bread.
