Spinach is my all time favorite healthy greens. I've shopped for Organic Baby Spinach on several occasions. I make caprese salad, cranberry walnut spinach salad, cook spinach with other veggies or mix in with my egg white bites. The possibilities are endless. This package of joy is ready for anything.

I have to admit that I did not successfully use up this entire thing before the spinach went bad, but that is not Sam's Club's fault - this is a lot of spinach for my family of 2. It did force my frugal self into adding it to as many dishes that I could for the nearly 2 weeks I had this in my fridge. Great addition to salad, soup, chicken pasta dishes, egg bakes - it worked in all of these for us!

I used to have to throw away part of this container, I hate wasting food and money!! Now I come home put the entire container into a freezer bag, press out all of the air, and put into the freezer. Once it is frozen I will break the leaves up so it is easier to scoop out of the bag. Then it is ready to add to anything, eggs, shakes, fried rice, I put this spinach in almost everything!!!!!

The past few times we have purchased this product, a large portion of the spinach leaves are slimy and have gone bad the very next day. We are 5 minutes from our Sam’s store and keep the package refrigerated. We always check package dating whisk usually indicates a week or more of expected shelf life. Very disappointed.
