I bought this bag of organic spinach with the noble intention of “getting healthy.” Within 24 hours, it was silently judging everything else in my fridge. The pepperoni stared back at it in fear. The spinach, however, remained pure, stoic — a leafy moral compass wrapped in plastic. I used a handful for one smoothie and felt like a better person immediately. The rest of the bag now sits in my crisper drawer, aging like fine regret. Despite my failure to finish it before it turned into a biology experiment, I must admit: when fresh, it’s crisp, clean, and tastes exactly like the kind of virtue you can’t maintain for more than three days. Would buy again — not because I’ll eat it all, but because it makes me feel like the kind of person who might.

We buy spring mix and the spinach practically every week for salads. I enjoy the spring mix a lot, but alternate with the spinach because we can make a lovely spinach side dish in addition to using it for salads. We just stirfry it with a bit of garlic and then add in either a small amount of roux/cheese. Sometimes, we just pop in a little bit garlic powder and cream cheese. Delicious.

Best value for baby spinach anywhere. Thoroughly washed, crisp, and ready to serve. Stays fresh in store package for up to two weeks when refrigerated. I use for spinach salads, toss with pasta dishes, and use to add fresh green color for plating side dishes. Sauté with a splash of heavy cream and spoonful of grated Parmesan cheese (another bargain at Sam’s) for steakhouse quality creamed spinach. I buy it on every visit to Sam’s Club.

This is great value for money. We use this chopped in salads, wilted with bacon and onion with grilled steak and wilted with capers, cream and vodka with grilled salmon. It is so convenient and stores well in the refrigerator.

Fresh spinach is a healthy green thing! A box a week from our local Sam’s is provides an easy side dish or a big salad; in an omelet. A great value compared to the local grocer.

This is the BEST salad greens I have ever eaten! It is good enough to eat it out of the box and eat like pop-corn. It is crispy, light, has various green colors, fresh, and so good you can’t stop eating it. What other salad greens are like this? NONE! This is the 2026 salad to buy every time you go to Sam’s. Spinach is my favorite and go to breakfast, lunch or dinner. Earthbound Farm Organic has a wonderful depth of flavor that I noticed different from other brands. Yes, I love it quickly steamed with REAL BUTTER and lightly salted and heavier on the pepper. I been eating spinach since I was in a high-chair and not ready for a wheelchair. I sign my texts Love You More Than Spinach to my yoiungest sister and since she knows that's NOT THE MOST I CAN POSSIBLY LOVE HER if don't put EFOB Spinach! Buy this all the time and we are never disappointed. I sometimes wash, dry and transfer it to an airtight freezer bag to cook another time and it always tastes fresh.

The spinach is always good if you get a longer expiration date on the package. I hate the packaging because the "resealable" plastic sheet doesn't always stick.

This spinach just doesn't last. I think it's kept too cold while at the store so it wilts in a day or two after bringing it home. I normally try not to purchase this item at Sam's because of this issue. I have to throw most of it out so I just buy smaller bags at the grocery store
