Too much in the container. Good and "waxy". Had to cook it up, as it goes bad in a week.

Great for everything. Grilling, salad, various recipes.

This spinach has lasted much longer than expected.

Brown shortly after getting it home

Check the date and look at the bottom of the package. I've gotten slimy spinach too many times
