Amazing that this was so clean and fresh. It lasted about 2 weeks in my house. Used it everything - smoothies, salads, entrees and even desserts .

i cut it up for salad because its better for you than plain lettuce. We also like fresh cooked spinach.

This was the only product we would buy consistently for a very long time, priced reasonably - around $3:50 then increased and then it disappeared from the shelf. I am so glad it is back on.

The spinach was 1 week past sell buy date . 1 I cant believe it was still in the store . But shouldn't the person get my order have noticed! Sent a email never heard back.

Dated the next day with curbside pickup. Had to come right home and feed it to my chickens. They gave it two beaks up. Unfortunately i didn't buy it for them...

I would never have believed it if I didn’t see it for myself. There are many many blades of grass in the spinach. Unbelievable!! How come we can’t include pic in here?

Packaged as thoroughly washed and ready to use, which it usually is. This box has clumps of mud stuck to the leaves requiring the entire box to be washed before using. I don't mind washing it. Just don't tell me it's "thoroughly washed"

I used to love buying spinach at Sam’s and bought a container each week. And then something changed in the quality. Our Sherman, Texas store was rearranged and packaged cold vegetables & fruits were all put in one “cold room”. Since then, the quality of the spinach has become such that I no longer buy it at Sam’s. The packages are almost always just 1-3 days from expiring, several days sooner than other brands at other stores. The packaging also contains a lot of the baby spinach (Cotyledon) leaves which go bad quicker than the other leaves, causing the whole batch to get slimy quicker. I would love to buy spinach at Sam’s again, but it’s just not worth it for leaves that spoil so quickly. I am having success with other brands from other stores, so I don’t think it has anything to do with the way I’m storing it at home.

I've had great luck with this spinach. I eat from the center out to extend its freshness. It's great in salads, sauteed with garlic, or added to almost anything as an alt veg. It's terrific in spaghetti sauce. As with anything, be sure to verify the expiration date is well in the future before you purchase.

I purchased this item believing that I was getting a container of baby spinach leafs. Boy was I wrong. Some of the leafs were as big as my hand. I would not recommend this item. Also, it states pre-washed but I came across what looks like mud on a few leafs.
